Only 5 minutes walking distance to the sandy beach is this nice ground floor apartment in Can Picafort, where 6 guests can enjoy sun and beach.



The flat is located in a street that leads directly to the sea and the promenade with many restaurants, shops and beach bars. Whether you are looking to spend the whole day on the beach and relax or if you prefer to be active and practice water sports or go on different excursions, everything is within easy reach. The little ones will enjoy playing in the playgrounds or riding horses at Rancho Grande. Families can spend a day at the Hidropark water park in Puerto de Alcudia, or go karting at the end of the village. A large supermarket and petrol stations are on the main road. We recommend a visit to the villages of Artá, Pollença and Alcúdia.



As you enter, there is a furnished porch where you can enjoy breakfast or dinner with the family. The flat offers a living-dining room with TV and a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and microwave. The laundry room includes a washing machine, very practical for longer stays. You can choose between 3 bedrooms, two with 2 single beds and one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair are available on request. In addition, there is a second separate bathroom, also with shower. Free parking is available on the street.





Please note:



In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for each guest from 16 years of age. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half.



As required by law, we will ask for copies of your ID card or passport before entry. Normally, this information is sent by email, at the latest 2 weeks before your arrival.
