La Pradasella is a very nice and very typical cascina farm located in Caprino Bergamasco (Lake Como, Italy). It stands on the top of a hill at the foot of the Alps, at a height of 450 meters, between Lecco and Bergamo. On the one hand shielded by chestnut trees and on the other side a panoramic view of the valley from the Adda river to Milan (in clear weather).This holiday home offers all the necessary privacy and is located at the end of a dead end road. It is a private domain of more than 1ha in size, with its own fruit trees & vineyards.In addition, La Pradasella is extremely child friendly: romp in the large garden, build dams in the rivers, forest walks from the house and a toddler-safe pool because you can remove the stairs.Ideal for a family or group holiday, but also an ideal place for people who love naturism.Behind the domain there are several hiking trails through the forests and along beautiful valleys, which further connect to the known GR-walking routes in the nature of the Grigne and the Valsassina. At 500m you will find the clubhouse and the runway (+ restaurant) of the paragliding club. On request you can certainly reserve a duo jump from the Valcava mountain.Air conditioning is not necessary in this house because of the thick walls, but also because of the very mild climate. 4 beautiful seasons without major extremes.There is no wifi, but perfect 4G reception. Electric cars can be charged at €120 per week, hybrid cars at €50 per week.La Pradasella offers a cozy interior.
