Apartment in one of the most exclusive and historic residences in Porto Rotondo, very central, it is in fact a few meters from the port which with its famous promenade leads us to the most famous squares in the town: Piazzetta Rotonda, Piazzetta Rudalza, the Casbah, etc ...
The residence famous for the care and beauty of its gardens with lawn, for its swimming pool with such a particular shape, for the tranquility and serenity that you can enjoy, also offers thanks to its raised position a magnificent view of the sea, coast and islands and the country.
The strategic position of the Residence L'Aldiola allows you to access in a few minutes on foot to all the most important and useful services: within 300 meters you can find supermarkets, bars, ATMs, post offices, carabinieri barracks, newsagents, restaurants and pizzerias, pharmacy, shops and more.
Rudargia beach can be reached on foot in a few minutes, being about 200 meters from the apartment; the famous Ira Beach is about 700 meters away, while Sassi Beach and Alghe Beach are about 1.5 km away. All the beaches can be reached on foot or through the convenient Sea-Sea bus / shuttle service that can take you to the beaches with numerous daily trips without the hassle of getting around by car.
The apartment located on the ground floor has a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a bunk bed, a bathroom with washing machine and shower, a separate kitchenette; very large living room with sofa bed, fast internet connection with ADSL, TV with Amazon FireTv Stick. The large covered porch is furnished with table and chairs, sofas and wicker beds, and allows you to access the magnificent shared garden and swimming pool which is located a few meters away. Great location, easy and relaxing stay

Really enjoyed staying here. The host was very easy to communicate with, property is well presented in an excellent location, half-way between the Rudargia beach and the port (where most of the local restaurants are located). 5 minute walk to the supermarket. We used the swimming pool on the windy days as it is well protected.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr schönen und gepflegten Anlage in einem wunderschönen gestalteten Ort. Die Wohnung allerdings ist komplett abgewohnt und massiv Renovierungsbedürftig. Dies gilt speziell fürs Badezimmer. Hier sind die Fugen der Dusche verschimmelt und vermodert. Die MDF Platten des Waschtischs sind aufgequollen, der Rost des Syphons hat sich bereits ins Silikon gefressen, das WC wackelt usw. Die Küche ist extrem klein und mit dem billigsten vom billigen ausgestattet. Die Schranktüren und Böden kleben. Der Kühlschrank läuft permanent, weil Gefrierfach nicht schließt. Wer im Urlaub auch mal selber kochen möchte ist hier falsch. Die anderen Räume kann man hinnehmen, muss man aber nicht. FeWo fühlt sich nicht als Ansprechpartner und war nicht unbedingt hilfsbereit.
