Villa ALL COMFORT- sunny with garden, ideally located in Arcachon, near the city center, shops, the beach and the Casino (150 meters from the beach and 400 meters from the city center), while being in a quiet area. The villa has all the comforts and is not just a holiday home ... and its location allows you to enjoy the beach and the city center without taking your car
You will finally not use your vehicle and enjoy the proximity of everything, either by walking or by bike. Shops at about 400 m with a daily market in the center of the city.
