VILLA PEROL, BETWEEN SEA AND MOUNTAIN

Located between sea and forest, with a magnificent view! The villa Perol is located in Bagnols en Forêt, a small quiet village perched in the Esterel mountains 18 km from the coast (Fréjus / Saint-Raphaël).
The house of 240m2, facing south was built 10 years ago by architect with high quality materials. It includes a large living room (living room, dining room, kitchen, mezzanine), a beautiful terrace of 85m2 half covered, a pool, 3 bedrooms (2 beds) of more than 25m2 each with their bathroom and a fourth small room (with 2 beds) of 11m2.
It is very well equipped (new bedding, double beds of 180cm or single 90cm to choose, American fridge, gas BBQ, wi-fi, TV, washing machines, dryer, deckchairs, summer lounge, etc ... ). Rooms 1, 3 and 4 have a bathroom. Bedroom 2 shares the bathroom in Bedroom 1.
You will have at your disposal a ping-pong table, a table football (Belgian kicker "Jupiter") and two bicycles to go to the village.
The small village center with restaurants, terraces and bakery is 900m from the house. You will also find a Carrefour (AD Delhaize kind) at 1.2km. There are also beautiful villages to visit in the region (Fayence, Mons, Seillans, ...), walks (on foot, by bike), vineyards and many other activities (Lake Saint Cassien, the Verdon Gorge ,…). For lovers of golf, you can play Terre Blanche (10 km) or Saint Endréol (15km). Sainte Maxime is 45 minutes drive, Cannes 40 minutes and Nice airport 50 minutes.
