Beautiful semi-detached house with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, very spacious and bright with a garage for 1 vehicle. It is located in the urbanization "L'Escala de Dénia", a few meters away from the beach "Les Bovetes".

It has air conditioning in the living room-kitchen and in the main room. The rest of the rooms have ceiling fans.

The ground floor with spacious common area for dining room, kitchen and living room with two sofas and Led TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with dual refrigerator, ceramic hob, traditional oven, microwave and dishwasher.

In the basement there is the garage with capacity for one vehicle and the laundry area with washing machine and drying rack, there is also a space for a pantry.

On the first floor is the main access to the house. An open and bright hall divides the stay into two double rooms, each with its large wardrobes and full bathroom. From here, access to the first floor or the ground floor is made with a few steps.

On the second floor there is the main room and a double ideal for children with two single beds, from where there is access to an afternoon solarium. Also on this floor is the main bathroom with separate toilet area. On the roof terrace is the large private solarium.

At 100 meters there is a bus stop (Line 2 with some free time frames) to go to the city center that is 3 km away where we will find everything we need. If we don't want to go so far, there are several supermarkets, cafes and leisure areas within a 10-minute walk from the property.

Our guests will be able to use the swimming pool of the urbanization.

*Late check-ins have a special rate and are paid in cash when you arrive at the apartment.
**Check-in after 20.00 pm has a cost of 30 euros.
**Check-in after 23:0 pm has a cost of 50 euros.
*Upon your arrival we will request the passport or identity card of each guest.
*If during your stay you need a cot, please inform our team. This service has an additional cost.
*Two sets of keys are provided.
*Check-outs are at 11:00 am.
