The best view

45 Cocoa Suits is one of the most beautiful view of York. The location is perfect, and the structure are very good! But is important check the conditions of the sofa lega, and change the pans.

Initial considerations regarding the studio

We would like to share some initial considerations, as we will be staying here until March. Overall, the studio is very good. The kitchen is well equipped and works very well, the view is stunning, and the location is excellent. We are very happy with the space and would certainly recommend it. There are just a couple of small points to note: the frying pans may need replacing, as the Teflon coating has worn off, and the sofa legs are slightly unstable and could use some attention. Apart from these minor points, everything is very nice and comfortable. Kind regards, Gabriel

A lovely place to stay

The apartment was virtually brand new and had everything we required for a lovely stay. It was clean and comfortable and very well furnished and right on the river with a lovely view and only a short walk to the shambles area and bars etc. There was always lots of hot water and shower was great infact we could not fault the apartment at all and next time we stay in York we will definitely stay there again if it is available and we have recommended it to our family and friends.
