The deck is outfitted with chaise lounges plus tables and chairs for pool/canal-side snacks. (Charcoal grills are also available). A convenient outside balcony right off the living room is a great place for the same views and your morning coffee or evening nightcap.

The master bedroom has a King bed plus more vaulted ceilings, while Bedroom 2 has a
comfortable Queen bed, plus an unusually large walk-in closet. A fully equipped kitchen
includes convenient pass-through to the dining room that seats 4. Linens and towels are provided, and the in-unit washer and dryer are great for those wet and sandy beach towels and swim suits. Cable TV and Wi Fi round out all the comforts of home.

Finally, the location is awesome: 5 minutes from Sunset Island’s Marker 37, Doc’s and
Snoopy’s, additional restaurants, gift shops, a large CVS pharmacy, the island’s new
Supermarket, and of course, North Padre’s beautiful beaches. Padre Island National
Seashore and Port Aransas are also less than a 15 minute drive from your door.
