Agradecemos que valore positivamente la ubicación y la precisión del anuncio, pero nos sorprende su 4/10.
Realizamos la entrega de llaves personalmente y revisamos el apartamento juntos, confirmándonos usted que todo estaba perfecto. Pese a que le indiqué que me comunicara cualquier incidencia de inmediato, no recibí ninguna observación sobre la limpieza; al contrario, al salir nos escribió literalmente por WhatsApp: 'lo hemos pasado muy bien en Denia'.
Respecto a no poder nadar en invierno: si algún día logramos controlar el tiempo, será lo primero que añadamos a los servicios. Lamentamos que el clima convierta una estancia que usted calificó como muy buena en una puntuación tan injusta para nuestro trabajo.

Vacaciones Denia
El apto.es tal y como aparece en el anuncio. Está perfecto, muy limpio, muy cerca de la playa y a 10 minutos andando del puerto de Denia y de toda la zona de restauración. El dueño es una persona estupenda, dando todo tipo de información a nivel del apto., de conocimiento de la zona, etc.
La urbanización donde está ubicado el apto.está muy cuidada, siempre limpia y muy tranquila. Han sido unas vacaciones estupendas.
