A very nice town and sorrounding

We liked our stay in Denia and the nice restaurants and the pleasent beach. Although the apartment was very clean and spaceous, it was near the main road with the dormatories, so it was loud in the night. In general the apartment needs a renovation as the furniture is quiet oldfashioned and the doors are swelled. So we cannot recomand it unconfined, although the comunication and service with the staff of Interhome Denia was perfecly friendly and welcoming. We had enough space but the price does clean our apartment was qiet

Séjour très agréable.

Résidence très bien entretenue, aussi bien en extérieur qu'en intérieur. Très belle vue sur jardin et piscine depuis la véranda. Location à recommander.

Ins Alter gekommene Unterkunft

Man merkt deutlich, dass die Unterkunft ins Alter gekommen ist. Die Ausstattung ist spartanisch und abgenutzt. Betten sind nichts für Personen größer als 1,80m. Abzugshaube ist defekt. Spülmaschine ist bei erster Nutzung während unseres Aufenthalts kaputt gegangen. Spülung im Bad leckt. Und auch so manchem anderen Ausstattungsmerkmal merkt man sein Alter an.

Le logement niveau propreté je mettrai 8/10 L'emplacement de la résidence 10/10 La propreté de la résidence pareil 10/10 Le service interhome 10/10 Lors de la 1ère semaine tout est nickel par contre aprés c'était une catastrophe des voisins qui criaient à outrance toute la journée, les enfants et ado qui jouaient à 23h au foot et criaient. Tellement c'était insupportable nous devions fermées les fenêtres. De plus, impossible de mettre un pied dans la piscine car sa hurlaient sans cesse. Même les habitués allez tôt le matin pour ne pas entendre tout ce bazar. Ce qui est bien il y avait des moustiquaires dans l'appartement, la clim dans une chambre par contre le reste de l'appart c'était des ventilos et la chaleur était insupportable. Par contre prévoyait une clé usb pour des films en français car aucune chaine française et la télé dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas. La wifi une catastrophe elle ne fonctionnait une fois tout les 2-3 jours

L'appartement est tout confort, bien situé (3 minutes de la plage, proche centre-ville). La piscine de la résidence est juste parfaite. Le seul bémol est la taille de la place de parking, un tout petit peu petite.
