Rats in the house!!!! Rude manager!!!!

We found a rat in our first night, at 3 am and then early in the morning. We were so scared and frustrated. We called many times to the manager and when she finally answered the call, she was was so rude and called us lies!!!! Totally unacceptable! Totally unrespect! We never had a terrible experience in our vacation as this one. Kids cried and got frustrated because we left early in the morning after the second rat. We requested our refund and we didn't have any money back till now. We didn't stay in this house, the total time that we spent in there it was 16 hours. I really expect that the VRBO check this situation and act fearly.Also, the wifi and TV didn't work.

First of all, let's clarify, there are no rats and never have been. The guest is an expert in lying, all to get a refund, for some error she made in the booking dates. First, he said, had hurt her foot and couldn't come on July 14th, but if could they come earlier than the 10th, it would be possible. This situation as acceptable for us, but what is our surprise when she arrives without any injuries on her foot....Miracle, what anticipating the stay can do for an injury. From the moment of check-in, she started complaining about everything and being rude to the staff. It all came to a head, when he informed us he was leaving and telling Vrbo he'd found rats just to get the refund. This was without first insulting all the staff once again. If you made a mistake with the dates, you were open about it. I even promised you a voucher for the cost of your stay to use at another time. I don't understand the lies and the attempt to get a refund with lies. Now, you've even requested a refund with credit cards and canceled the transfers. Don't accept any reservations from this group; you're going to have a lot of trouble.

Schönes Haus. Nette Vermieter

Die Nächte in Dieser Region sind sehr frisch. Das naheliegende Restaurant ist super lecker. Da es aber sehr dörflich ist, können die meisten kein englisch. Daher ist man mit Händen und Füßen gut unterwegs. Das Haus ist groß und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir waren mit sieben Personen dort uns hatten viel Spaß.
