Modern skiing at West Vail

Look no further for your comfortable modern ski chalet in West Vail! Just off the West Vail exit on I-70, this home sleeps up to 10 people. It's close enough to Vail Village to enjoy the hustle and bustle of town, but far enough out to enjoy to the serenity and peacefulness of this legendary mountain setting.

The Space:
- The main level of the house was renovated in late 2015 with new hardwood flooring, sectional sofa, fireplace, kitchen cabinets/fixtures, and master bathroom cabinets/fixtures. The beds were also replaced in all rooms.

- There are 4 bedrooms. King in master bedroom, Queen in guest room 1, King in guest room 2,, and 4 Twins in the kids room,, making the home Ideal for multiple families.

- There are Roku players and DirecTV (premium package w/ all movie channels) in all bedrooms and the main living room. There is a Sonos audio system in the main living room.

- Guests have full access to the home, including a 2-car garage.

The Neighborhood:
- We're in a quiet neighborhood just west of the main villages, which can be reach quickly by car or bus. You'll be in close proximity to City Market, Safeway, Westside Cafe, and other great restaurants and retailers in the West Vail area.

- You can easily access all areas of Vail Valley using the free local bus system. Our stop (Meadow Creek) is a 4-minute walk down the street.

- Bridge Street (main village) is a 10-minute drive by car.

- The nearest ski lift is Cascades, which is takes about 10 minutes on the bus (5 stops).

- Avon is a 10 minute drive west.

Comfortable house, easy location

3 families with young children. Plenty of space to spread out, and well stocked with all the supplies we needed! Easy 3 min walk to the bus, with an easy 20 min ride to Vail Village.

Home was perfect for a multi-family ski trip between Vail and Beavercreek. The kitchen is well stocked, the living room seats a group comfortably, the kitchen table was large enough for group dinners as well as game night. The house is a short walk to the Vail bus route. The host was quick to respond with questions.

Beautiful Home

The location was a little out of town which is exactly what we were looking for! Ubers are not very reliable in Vail but the bus worked out great. Would highly recommend this rental for a peaceful retreat.

Perfect stay for 2 families

We loved the house. It had everything we needed and had a great time playing games, listening to music and using the hot tub. We cooked dinner at the house 3 nights and were able to all move around comfortably. The drive to the mountain was short and easy as well. Thanks again

Awesome house as pictured

We had an excellent stay in this house and I would definitely book it again. It was clean and beautiful as pictured, the beds were very comfortable, the location was excellent right at the shuttle stop, the TV and wifi worked great, and the hot tub was spacious and definitely nice and hot. The owners were helpful but also very chill. The only advice I would give is that you can't really fit 10 adults in beds since pulling out the trundle in the bunk / kids room's requires that 3 twins be completely connected / touching each other with no room to get in or out of bed. It's better to plan on 9 adults unless someone wants to move the trundle mattress to the master bedroom which has more space or else sleep on the couch (which is what our 10th person ended up doing.)

Why they chose this property

Vail is the best ski town on earth. It's an easy drive from Denver (all interstate baby!), it's a massive mountain that gets killer snow well into April, and it's got some of the best restaurants and nightlife in the Rockies.
