This classy and modern apartment has been recently restored and is located behind St. Mark's Square. It is composed of living room with a sofa-bed,
a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen and it has capacity for 4 people.
Its location is strategic because besides of being few minutes walking from the main square, you can get to the Rialto Bridge and the famous Rialto Market
in 4-5 minutes on foot. The nearest vaporetto stops are "Rialto" and "San Zaccaria", from which you can easily reach the railway station and Piazzale Roma,
the Giudecca,Lido,Biennale Gardens and Marco Polo airport. There is also a well-stocked supermarket just 50 metres away.
For your comfort the apartment is equipped with internet access (wi-fi), heating, air conditioning, TV, hairdryer, iron, as well as all appliances and kitchen utensils.
Check-in is from 3pm to 7pm. It is possible to arrange a late check-in but is subject to agreement and with an extra. The tourist tax needs to be paid at

Well equipped and wonderfully located apartment a very short distance from St. Marks square. Unfortunately the air conditioning was very noisy and we needed to switch it off at night. We could not leave the windows open due to the mosquitoes. It is also a bit dark inside the apartment.

amazing stay.

I don't speak Italian but I want to say what a lovely experience we had at this apartment. Beautifully appointed, our check in was delightful and the R&R when out of their way to help us. i would highly recommend this company and this property. We hope to come next time for longer and take more advantage of the kitchen and other amenities. So close to everything. A perfect place for a visit.
