-This unit is newly renovated and refurbished, a luxury condo unit. The resort is "Club Ocean Villas II" (COV II), and you can read about all the amenities at including personal outdoor jacuzzi and patio set, both indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, supermarket within walking distance. Most importantly, even though the condo is on the bayside, the beach is also within walking distance.

-It's like your own private vacation villa - perfect for a family vacation of 6 adults and/or kids!!! The unit has 2 bedrooms (king size bed in master BR; queen size bed in second BR) and queen size sofa -pullout in the living room, for a comfortable total sleeping space for 6 adults; 2 bathrooms (each has a bathtub); living room; full kitchen (full-size refrigerator, range, dishwasher, microwave, small appliances, pots & pans, dishes, flatware and cooking utensils) w/kitchenette dining area; clothes washer and dryer; 3 TVs & 2 DVD players.

We had a great stay! Overall, property was clean and well kept. Was a little smaller than anticipated by the pictures, but was perfect for 4 adults and 1 child. Convenient location with additional amenities! Host was very attentive and available for any questions throughout the stay. Would recommend!

A Great Location

While the property is bayside, it's a short walk to the beach and tons of restaurants and bars. The pool was also great. I would definitely recommend this for a family vacation.

End of Summer Getaway

Everything from booking thru checkout was a great experience. We really enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to renting Roy’s property again. Conveniently located near our favorite restaurants, a sort walk to beach & Ocean Villas has a lot of amenities for guests. Pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the pool for such a large resort/condo facility. We took advantage of the individual unit hot tubs on more than one occasion. Highly recommended

The unit was fine though the property is older. The quibbles we may have about the property are minor, not enough to not enjoy our vacation. We would return at some time if available.

Family vacation 2022

We enjoyed a beach week visiting with our extended family. The unit was very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately the pullout couch was broken but we were informed by the office that they were awaiting delivery of a new one. The only real complaint we had was that the kitchen was not adequately stocked with cookware. There were some pots but we had to purchase pans in order to make meals for our family. Also, limited dishware for serving prepared food. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Online the property looked amazing. Great reviews. Once we got there it was not as nice as we were expecting. The floor in most of the place needs repair. The flooring on top looks fine, but there has to be some water damage underneath because the floor is squishy in a large portion of the condo. The washer was not working and could not be fixed (checked in Saturday, told they weren’t coming to look at it til Wednesday). One bathroom did not have a shower curtain long enough to fit in the tub- could not shower or use the bath because the drain could not be plugged. The kitchen does not have many essentials- so if u are looking to cook a lot bring your own stuff. The place was nice just stupid stuff that should not have been an issue. On a positive- the location is perfect, they have a nice personal hot tub. Maintenance and staff were nice.

Great Condo!

This was the perfect condo for our family of four! It had everything we needed. The outdoor pool was great, beach was a short walk, and located close to grocery store. Would stay again!

We loved our stay, awesome pool (wish it stayed open past 7 pm) very clean and well maintained. Condo was clean and efficient, a few issues ; too few utensils and pans, oven cleaner was left on the oven door so it smoked when we turned on the oven, took several cleanings to remove it. Tiny washer and dryer. Very little beach decor, last condo we stayed in here was very nicely decorated, felt like the beach. We did have a very nuce stay though, quiet, clean and comfortable

The place was very clean plenty of linens and extras. It was so nice not to have to worry about running out for toilet paper, dish liquid, ect. We will definitely be staying here again! The private hot tub was an added bonus.
