It is a modern, comfortable and charming house facing the sea, located on the edge of the Bay of Pollensa, in a quiet area just 10 minutes walk from the beautiful town of Alcudia, where you can enjoy its history, the Roman ruins, walls , its artisanal market, as well as the extensive Mallorcan gastronomy of its bars and restaurants.
The house, recently renovated and fully distributed on one floor, has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room and an excellent terrace with direct access to the beach.
DISTRIBUTION:
A large white wooden door gives access to the beautiful house, first we find a hall with a sofa, and on the right we have a bathroom with shower and a room. Subsequently we have a large interior terrace with a barbecue where you can enjoy a magnificent dinner. Then we enter the house, a diaphanous space where we first find the kitchen perfectly equipped and bright, then on the left we have the bathroom and the 2 bedrooms, one of them with access to the outside terrace, then the living room, with the sofa, internet Wi Fi and satellite tv. Next to the living room there is a bright window with access to the outside terrace where we also have a table to enjoy breakfast while we are invaded by the gentle sea breeze of Sa Marina beach.

Parking, Air Conditioning, Internet Wifi, Satellite TV, Barbecue, Heating, Highchair, Dishwasher, Fridge / Freezer, Iron, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Washing machine, Hair dryer. Fully equipped with sheets and towels
Note 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit while the use of the house is reasonable.
Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.
Note 3. Check-out time is 10:00. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00
Note 4. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day.
Note 5: Electricity consumption is not included in the price of the accommodation. The cost is 0.25 € / Kw to pay at departure.
Note 6: On the Balearic Islands, all hotels/ tourist accommodations have the obligation of charging the guests over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is then transferred to Local Authorities.
