The bedrooms offer silence and tranquillity, away from the noise of the streets.It has a very luminous living room with a wide seating area, including a sofa bed for 2 guests, a flat screen smart TV with internet connection, and nice balconies. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, vitroceramic hob, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, utensils and full tableware, and it has a wide dining area.The apartment offers 2 double bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, and a total capacity for 6 guests with the living room sofa bed. The master bedroom has a king-size double bed formed by two adjacent twin beds, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed and the second bathroom is located on the hallway. There are plenty of closets in the hallway and bedrooms, and the entire apartment has been recently renovated with materials of the highest quality. The apartment has air conditioning and heating, and free, private WiFi with optic fiber connection.The building has concierge and it is surrounded by restaurants and shops, and walking distance from the main leisure area of the Salamanca district. The area has immediate access to all means of transportation to move quickly and easily around the city.
