The Space:
The apartment features two bedrooms, including an en-suite, providing both privacy and comfort. The kitchen comes fully equipped, ready for you to prepare your favorite meals.
Relax in the living room, which opens onto a private balcony—the perfect spot to unwind. To ensure your comfort in any season, the apartment is fitted with central heating in every room.
For added convenience, there is an additional bathroom. Your stay also includes a dedicated parking space in the garage, cable TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including both bedrooms, two full bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, and the balcony. The apartment is located on the 5th floor and is easily accessible by elevator.
The Neighborhood:
Take advantage of the apartment’s prime location near Rotunda da Boavista, a green oasis in the heart of Porto perfect for relaxing strolls. Just steps away, you’ll find the iconic Casa da Música and the Serralves Foundation, a must-see contemporary art center.
Praça Mouzinho de Albuquerque, featuring its imposing Monument to the Heroes of the Peninsular War, is only a short walk away. For shopping and dining, the Mercado do Bom Sucesso offers a fantastic variety of gourmet snacks, restaurants, and shops—all just a few minutes from your door.
Getting Around:
For your convenience, we offer a shuttle service upon request (pricing available on inquiry). The apartment is also exceptionally well-connected to the city’s public transport network.
If you are arriving by plane, Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is approximately a 15-minute drive or taxi ride away. The nearest metro station, Carolina Michaelis, is just a short walk away, providing easy access to the entire city, including the historic center and the Ribeira district.
Additionally, the apartment offers free parking on premises, making your stay even more hassle-free if you are traveling by car.
Other Things to Note:
In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged for smoking.
Note that an unauthorized stay the check-out time, my result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).
If you lose the key, you will be charged a fee (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team's intervention to open the door, there will be a cost of €40 after 7 pm. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention needed) – price upon request.
For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit for water, electricity, and the internet/TV package expenses amounting to €190. If the amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged to the guest.
The tenant agrees, whenever requested by the host, to allow the entry of a staff member for property inspection, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.
We offer a transfer service that will take you to the apartment! Just request it (price upon request).
You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast delivered every morning to your apartment, upon request (price upon request).
