This house is in Charlton about 2 miles from the Festival of Speed car parks and less than 4 miles from Goodwood Motor Circuit, making it ideal for Goodwood Festival of Speed and Goodwood Revival enthusiasts. There are large, immaculate entertaining spaces and the property has private parking and a pretty garden. There are five double bedrooms, three bathrooms and, essentially for the modern traveller, there is a high-speed, full-fibre internet connection and a large flat screen TV in the living room.
Guests will really enjoy the house, not only because it just minutes from the racetrack but also because the living areas are ideal for corporate entertainment with large, uncluttered spaces which are beautifully maintained and very comfortable. There is also an extremely popular and characterful pub called the Fox Goes Free within 5 minutes’ walk which has an excellent restaurant.

The entrance hall leads onto a well-equipped kitchen on the ground floor and opens onto a light and airy conservatory with both seating and dining areas. There is also a more formal, very spacious living room with woodburner. There is a cloakroom on this floor.
Upstairs the master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite shower and bathroom. Bedroom two has a king size bed and an en suite shower room; the three further bedrooms (one with 2 single beds, one with 4ft 6 double bed and one with 4ft small double) share the third bathroom.

The garden has outdoor seating to relax and enjoy the early evening sunshine after an exciting days racing. Private parking for two cars is provided directly in front of the property, and, if required, further off-road parking is available a little further down the road.
