Positiv: Der Aufenthalt war schön, die Wohnung ist wohnlich eingerichtet und sauber gewesen. Sehr viel nützliche Küchenutensilien. Die Messer müssten mal geschärft werden. negativ: Leider ist die Wohnung sehr dunkel und „klamm“. Ein Luftdurchzug bei offenen Fenstern ist nicht möglich. Die Toilette hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Balkon ohne Sonne.

Die Ferienwohnung war wuderschön eingerichtet.Der Balkon war schön.Leider fehlte die Sonne.Im Jachthafen essen gehen ist viel zu teuer.Gefällt uns auch nicht.Leute zu arrogant..Also haben wir die Restaurant etwas weiter weg besucht.

Kleine kritik nach einem schönen Aufenthalt

Service war sehr gut.kaputte kaffeemaschine wurde direkt ersetzt.es fehlten einige Gebrauchsgegenstände. Weingläser Löffel waren z b keine vorhanden.der grösste Kritikpunkt aber war dass der einzige lichteinfall in die wohnung, nömlich vom balkon her, durch eine grosse hecke verhindert war.das machte die wohnung sehr kühl und feucht.handtpcher trockneten selbst auf dem balkon erst nach 2 tagen.die letzten tage wsr selbst die bettwösche klamm.es ging uns nicht um die aussicht.aber man möchte auch auf dem balkon die sonne geniessen und in der wohnung angenehme temoersturen haben.

Fabulous location and facilities

Spacious apartment, with lots of useful facilities. Fully equipped kitchen, lovely clean modern bathroom, comfy master bed and sofa bed. Huge amounts of storage made it easy to keep the apartment tidy. Ideal location for walking down to the marina and nearby beaches. Close by swimming pool, part of the hotel complex was perfect for the kids. Very happy with the apartment for the rate that we paid.

Prachtig appartement, weinig uitzicht op Cala d'Or

Helaas hele week de afvoer van kraan kapot geweest, helaas nooit gereageerd door beheerder op onze mailcontacten. Erg jammer, verder alles goed georganiseerd.

Nice apartment for a short stay

Bedroom, bathroom top, kitchen and living room were also good. Only unfortunately the kitchen was dirty and the balcony as well. The owner, as well as the responsible people on location were very helpful. The associated pool was also perfect for the stay.

de belles vacances

très bien logés dans une zone résidentielle hyper accessible (bus a proximité) arrivée depuis aeroport hyper facile déplacements à pieds pour parcourir la ville, si on est bon marcheur pas de souci sinon...la résidence est agréable et on peut y passer une semaine sympa sans se déplacer Logement très adapté pour 4 ou 5 personnes piscine géniale super accueil de Sylvia sur place qui a été aux petits soins et très prévenante

Overall, we liked the property. It's a close walk to a beach and a little store for food and beach gear. The area is essentially a resort community, and since it is a first floor unit, it can get a little loud at night. The listing was accurate, and the space was tidy.

Alles wunderbar!

Wir haben in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung 10 Tage mit 2 Kleinkindern verbracht. Die Grundausstattung mit z.B. Mülltüten oder Lappen hätte besser sein können. Ansonsten war alles sauber und hygienisch und wir konnten unseren Urlaub sehr genießen.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön. Alles da, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Wir waren 15 Tage dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung mit schönen Stränden und Buchten, der Yachthafen direkt um die Ecke. Viele Möglichkeiten etwas zu unternehmen. Wir können die Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. :-)

Attention aux photos sur les annonces!!

L appartement etait bien, pas de probleme. En revanche, selon les photos sur l annonce nous devions avoir vue sur la marina depuis le balcon, or ce n est pas le cas. Appartement en rdc et le balcon donne sur un grillage avec un lière grimpant.

Room without a view

Disappointed in a few aspects, poor and no view from apartment balcony. Looking directly at fence with leaves 4ft from balcony. Beach listed as 10 minute walk, easily 25 minutes to nearest beach. Apartment needs refreshed, suite had a bit of a smell. Kitchen work tops grubby and marked. Would have been nice to have a small welcome pack. No English channels and despite numerous emails this never materialised, offer made from owner to book in to hotel on site after 5 days in 7 day stay but they were fully booked anyway. An information pack on the surrounding area and Cala D’Or would also have been helpful. The pictures advertising apartment I think are dated as apartment set up was different and change of TV. We feel pictures made the apartment look fresher. Apartment was large and good size and just used as based as very dark and also very noisy complex due to neighbours, cleaners and bottles being emptied regularly. Welcome pack for bathroom provided was helpful. The apartment is private on a large all inclusive complex which has been upgraded which we didn’t know and would be worth checking their costs. Regretfully we would not stay here again and we are experienced travellers. This review is no slight against the owner and aims to be factual for any future travellers.

The nearest beach is Cala Es forti, located exactly 780 meters from the apartment, it is possible that when you indicate 25 minutes you make reference to another beach (there are 7 coves in Cala d’or. 2. Regarding the photographs of the apartment they differ in that the television has been changed and the decoration has been improved. We also plan to make some more improvements. 3. Information about the surroundings is available using the web application. 4. The television has more than 400 channels, I am sorry that it does not contain the channels you were looking for, I also informed you of the availability of watching documentaries and movies in English through the television we have hired, however we will review this matter to improve it. Lovely clean & quiet apartment

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet appartement très fonctionnel. Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Résidence hôtelière à Cala d'or situé à la Marina avec piscines et toboggan pour les enfants. Proche de plusieurs criques très sympa. Proche de toutes commodités. Merci à Eva, à Zenon et à sa soeur qui nous a gentillement offert des viennoiseries un matin. Tout était parfait lors de notre séjour s'il y avait une chose à dire c'est le bruit de notre voisinage qui claquait sans cesse les portes.

Great clean apartment

Apartment was clean and well presented. Only downside is that instructions to the pool weren’t very clear and spent our week at the pool of an all inclusive hotel that management said was fine to use. Last day think we found the pool we were supposed to use 😂 wouldn’t hesitate using this apartment again 😀

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Ich war 14 Tage im Appartement. Die Beschreibung war sehr gut. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Internet ist top. Der Fernseher könnte etwas neuer sein. Das Zentrum von Cala d'Or ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Alles in allem ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.
