This is a wonderful place to stay while spending time in Chico- the house was immaculate and the accommodations were comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. This place is a gem, we would happily stay here again

The house was great, nice backyard for our little dog, coffee provided and very clean… but the location left much to be desired. We didn’t sleep well because of the homeless camp right next door!! We saw a woman shooting up, breaking bottles, screaming….many people and tents. We didn’t feel comfortable with our car in the driveway or even letting our teenager daughter go out to the car alone.No fault of the owner- but not a good experience.

This is a very clean, remodeled older home. It's been kept up beautifully, the remodel was thorough, adding in a lot of modern amenities and increasing the livability. We enjoyed our stay with our dogs although the fence in the back yard needs to be replaced (the dogs were still secure though).

We just love this sweet home & garden. It’s a perfect size, good walking location for heading downtown or walking our dog. And not too far from our niece & family who are the reason we visit Chico

A wonderful house for a visit to Chico. Walking distance from Cafe Code and Helen's Donut Nook is a huge perk, and it seemed like a quiet part of town while we were there.

Great family trip!

My entire family had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect for young kids. Nothing that they could get into and break and the space was open for them to play comfortably. The location was perfect for our daily bike ride through Bidwell and downtown. Would definitely stay here again!
