The property is extremely comfortable. The beds were very comfortable as well. There were enough electrical outlets. A good location for accessing Monterey and all the attractions there. There are very nice beaches nearby. Overall, we had a very nice stay.

This little house was the perfect spot to stay if you are looking to explore Monterey and Carmel. It was far enough away to have a calm evening after a busy day, but close enough that it's just a short drive to everything! There is everything you need close by and the house was amazing. The house was very clean and comfortable. The beds were also incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals! Highly recommend!

The only reason it wasn’t a 5 was the washing machine broke and couldn’t be replaced until after our stay.

We offer replacement. Will take one day of their stay and happened on the end of their stay so we both agreed that's not necessary. Christine was nice to us all the time.

This home is on a one way street, and on street parking is difficult. What was not clear from the listing is that there is a wide gravel driveway next to the house, and parking is easy. Almost every home I've stayed in states the capacity as though who-sleeps-with-who doesn't matter. The capacity of this home is 7 if the two queen beds, and the queen-sized pull out bed is occupied by 2, and the last body sleeps on an arm of the sofa.

Great cottage, nice quiet location.

Clean, cute cottage located near many amenities. Pavel is easy to work with, helped me through my first VRBO experience! Property was spotless, well equipped with everything one might need for an extended stay. I'm looking forward to visiting again.

Seaside retreat

This is the second time that we have stayed at this location, and it was even better than the first. The owner made upgrades to the wonderful outdoor sitting area, and the inside continues to be well maintained, and equipped for guests.

This home is clean and cozy! Perfect for 2 couples. Kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable and bedding luxurious. The host responded quickly whenever we had questions. We would love to stay again next year!

We loved our stay!

We had a great time at Pavel's Seaside cottage. The house was very clean and well-stocked. Pavel is a very responsive host and had great restaurant recommendations for us. We loved the location too, easily walkable to a small market for groceries and to a busier area in Seaside that had bars/restaurants, but just a short drive to downtown Monterey if needed. We would definitely stay again if we're ever in the area! Highly recommend.

Very clean cute little rental for families!

My boys, husband and I stayed here for a few days. The rental was spacious, clean and perfect for our mid week get away from the heat. We love the option to stay in Sea side and with our boys being older (16&12) they like some space so a vrbo is always the first option. Neighborhood for the most part was pretty quiet and conveniently located to all of our destinations ie Big Sur & Carmel. Thank you for the wonderful stay in the Seaside Cottage!

Cute seaside home

Cute house which worked perfectly for my husband and my son/daughter-in-law. Great location for the Big Sur/Carmel/Monterey area. House is very cute, nice comfy furniture to relax in at the end of the day. Kitchen and bathroom well stocked with necessary amenities needed. Nice it also has a washer/dryer. Would stay there again.

Nice house, nicest host ever

Clean cozy homey place. Decent kitchen equipment. 45 minute walk to MJF, we walked to the festival every day. Pavel was an excellent host, flexible and friendly and great communication.
