The house is very comfortable and spacious- we were a large and rowdy group and we could each find a nook by ourselves when need be. A huge green backyard is perfect for kids to run and play in and the wrap around porch provided an excellent vantage point for the parents. Everything was in good working order, neat and clean. The town is lovely for walking around, and the beach and park are very close. Perfectly situated for day trips. I have not been so relaxed in a long time. The host was easy to contact and was very helpful in addressing any questions or concerns I had. I highly recommend this cottage for families especially.
We needed a place where three of us could work and go to school remotely and this fit the bill perfectly. Plenty of room inside and out with excellent wifi! Terry was extremely responsive and helpful. Bring a boat if you have one! I give 4 stars because we went in the height of spider season and since this was an old farmhouse there were a lot of spiders about. A little vacuuming and all was good for the rest of the time we were there.

Great outdoors times!
Our nephew came for the day and he fished to his little heart’s content! Great time at the large fire pit.
House was large and cool despite the humidity!🙂
Great holiday, very comfortable house with huge garden in scenic spot
Beautiful location, very comfortable farmhouse, very welcoming to guests. Beautiful rural location very close to gorgeous lake. Great area for kayaking, biking, strolling and hanging out... Lot of privacy. Highly recommended.
We had a great stay at the farmhouse — property is large and safe for kids and all their stuff to sprawl in; and close to the beach. Connecting with Terry was easy and he was always prompt when replying. I appreciated a laundry room on the main floor to dump all the sandy beachwear and a main floor washroom for kiddos. WiFi was strong and we were able to wfh while away.

I want to thank Lara and her family for staying at our country home. Communication was easy, the family was respectful our house rules and left the house and property in good order. They are welcome back anytime and I would highly recommend them as guests to other property owners.
