The living room hosts a 55 inch TV with Cox Cable and high speed wireless internet and an HDMI Pigtail for Firestick usage. The spacious bathroom includes a soaker tub and travertine shower. This unit offers cathedral ceilings, granite countertops, hardwood floors full size washer and dryer and private balcony.
Perfect location surrounded by shopping, restaurants and golfing . Minutes from Highway 101 and 51. Within a 20 minute drive you will find yourself in Old Scottsdale or at the Fashion Square Mall or Desert Ridge Mall. 7 miles from the Mayo Clinic and several other health care facilities. Walk across the street to the Mountainside Fitness Facility and just a hop skip and a jump from Orange Tree Golf Course. You wont be disappointed.
