The apartment is stocked with everything you need. Location is wonderful and great host. The parking and entry in and out of apartment is wonderful if you have elderly guest on your trip. It was perfect for our 90 plus year old parents.

Lovely apartment

Thank you for letting us stay in your home. Everything was wonderful and the apartment was a great base for our holiday. We particularly enjoyed the views across the marina from the sunny balcony and the open fire. We would love to come again.

The property is beautiful with a large porch overlooking the canal, large bedroome, a nice living room, very nice bathrooms and a fully-equiped kitchen.. Lourdes left many halpful and generous things--a welcome bottle of wine, a bottle of water, spices, napkins, paper towels, lots of towels, very nice toiletries, etc. The rental will make you feel welcome and allow you to relax in comfort. Lourdes is very easy to work with and very helpful. Thank you very much.

Schöne Wohnung in angenehmer Lage

Wir 64/60 haben im Juni 10 Tage zu zweit in der Wohnung verbracht. Das checkin per WhatsApp war angenehm modern und völlig unkompliziert. So sollte es sein! Die Wohnung ist aus der Tiefgarage problemlos mit dem Aufzug zu erreichen und ist sehr geschmackvoll, wenn auch nicht modern, eingerichtet. Viele maritime Accessoires und die gesamte Einrichtung vermitteln eine schöne Atmosphäre, die zum Umfeld passt. Die überdachte Loggia lädt zum verweilen bei jedem Wetter ein. Ausstattung der Küche und auch der Bestand an Haushaltsgegenständen ist außergewöhnlich gut. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen. Wenn es eine Kleinigkeit zu verbessern gäbe, wäre ein Kosmetikspiegel mit Vergrößerungsfunktion im Bad noch sinnvoll. Aber das ist ja Jammern auf hohem Niveau. We 64/60 spent 10 days in the flat in June. The check-in via WhatsApp was pleasantly modern and completely uncomplicated. That's how it should be! The flat is easily accessible by lift from the underground car park and is very tastefully, if not modernly, furnished. Many maritime accessories and the entire furnishings convey a nice atmosphere that suits the surroundings. The covered loggia invites you to linger in any weather. Equipment of the kitchen and also the stock of household items is exceptionally good. We can only recommend the flat. If there was one small thing to improve, it would be a cosmetic mirror with magnifying function in the bathroom. But that is complaining on a high level.

Todo excelente de principio a fin. Las fotos a veces engañan, pero no en este caso. El apartamento es súper bonito, espacioso y con unas vistas maravillosas, nos encantó. Si volvemos a Sotogrande, esperamos podernos volver a quedar.

Lovely summer apartment

Lovely clean, comfortable apartment very well situated in Sotogrande - easy walking distance to port and beach. Lovely terrace with comfy sofa and outside table to eat at. We enjoyed a wonderful stay during strange corona virus times, but Lourdes could not have been more helpful. Masks and sanitiser was left in the apartment for us and the check-in was all done easily without having to be face to face with anyone! Very peaceful and had all the amenities you could need, we were sad to leave Sotogrande!

Lovely, comfortable and bright apartment. Ample and tastefully decorated. Very quiet and safe. Convenient parking space in the basement. Beautiful view from its spacious terrace. Excellent location, within walking distance from restaurants and cafes. Very well equipped. Lourdes, the owner, couldn't be more welcoming and responsive. She answered all our inquiries promptly and efficiently. She catered to our well-being in every possible way. We would be ready to repeat this most enjoyable experience any time.
