Located between Nice and Villefranche sur Mer, Le Cap de Nice is a beautiful air-conditioned seasonal rental villa of 180 square metres with a sumptuous sea view. It is equipped to accommodate 6 people.



This wonderful duplex villa is surrounded by 150 square metres of terraces and has direct access to the sea via a private pontoon, from a shaded garden. You will be 3 minutes walking from the Nautical Club, 5 minutes from the Port and shops and 10 minutes from the Old Town.



Its large volumes, high ceilings, arcades and mosaics make all the charm of this marvellous location.



Inside, it consists of:

- A fully equipped separate kitchen overlooking a beautiful terrace with a dining area

- A living room,

- A dining room with its terrace,

- Three bedrooms: the first with a Queen size bed, its hydrotherapy shower room and toilet, the second with a King size bed and its terrace, and the last with 2 single beds brought together to form one large bed and its corner terrace,

- A bathroom + toilet,

- A toilet.

Amazing Villa

This property is fantastic. The views from all of the rooms and the terraces are spectacular. We spent hours sitting outside on the terraces watching all of the boats and swimmers go by. The location is excellent as well. You can walk a short distance down the street to good restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this villa!

Location, Location and Direvt Sea Access

We had a great week at this flat in Cap d’Nice. It is charming with the mosaic floors, high ceilings and your own direct access to jump into the Mediterranean! We had a couple of issues during the week. One was solved fast, the other was disruptive and took time to solve but in the end was resolved effectively. We would rent again with the prime location and charm of the flat.

Stunning view

Stunning property view. You could not have a better view of Nice. The property is in a very nice location. It is a large villa, and the balconies are amazing. We came in winter, and had we come when warmer I would have sat outside much more extensively. The property manager is very responsive. We did have a few items we needed addressed when we first came to the property and the property manager addressed each item quickly and efficiently. I came with my family and we were very pleased with our choice in rental. If you are looking for best views in Nice, this is it.

We did (still do by memories) like: the Location (superb) and ...the Location (beautiful) the View (incredible, infinite, nice, Nice, port of Nice) the house (spacious, well maintained) with its architecture (art deco) the garage (easy accessible and large) the Terraces and the private access to the biggest swimming pole ever (mediterranean)....
