Located in the heart of our property, surrounded by orchards, vineyards, and the river Escoutay 30m (swimming, fishing).

Petit coin de paradis au milieu de la nature

La localisation au calme, au milieu de la nature et proche de la Viarhona est top. Le logement est très agréable, spacieux, bien équipé avec un extérieur très agréable dans la nature. Les propriétaires sont très agréables et disponibles.

Gîte typique, très agréable, spacieux

Propriété située dans un endroit idyllique, au milieu d'un verger et en bord de rivière. Gîte spacieux (3 chambres, une belle pièce de vie avec poêle à granulés ainsi qu'un 2ème salon, une belle terrasse). Nous avons passé un agréable séjour malgré un temps pluvieux. Merci le poêle. Propriétaire réactive et sympathique. A refaire pour finir de découvrir cette belle région avec ses beaux villages.

Fabulous Home in the Country

Joel and Marie were the best hosts, even waiting for us to arrive at the turn-off after I got us lost. They showed us much more kindness than space allows. We stayed in a charming portion of a larger villa that overlooks an apple orchard. The property is very much in the country, surrounded by vineyards. The fantastic towns of Viviers and Alba-la-Romaine are both within a few kilometers. There is so much to see in the Ardèche. We were glad to have a translator phone app (we speak only English) and Orange SIM card.

Une très bonne adresse !

Maison très bien aménagée, fonctionnelle et grande, il ne manque rien. Terrasse très agréable avec une très jolie vue. Propriétaires sympathiques et disponibles. Une adresse à conserver.
