Lovely apartment just two minutes from San Pedro Beach. The apartment is located in San Pedro de Alcantara, Marbella, in a very nice urbanization, 200m from the beach. Perfect location for those who want to stay close to the beach and the promenade to Puerto Banus. The urbanization has a large pool, see pictures.
There are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance and the town of San Pedro and Puerto Banus with its wide range of shops, is a short walk away. The golf valley is around the corner and offers golfers the opportunity to choose from over thirty different courses. The closest course is Guadalmina only 5 minutes away.
The apartment offers modern and comfortable accommodation in a fantastic location. The apartment has an open floor plan with a private terrace. There are dining furniture on the terrace. Nice stay in San Pedro de Alcantara

We really enjoyed our stay- the apartment/complex is close to the beach and town and great restaurants. We all enjoyed the nice pool. The apartment itself is spacious and recently updated. The host was communicative and accommodating.

Beautiful apartment, spacious, well equipt and very clean! Correspondence with the owner and with Linda who looks after the property was faultless. They were on hand with any questions, and the process was so easy. The complex is incredible, well maintained, and safe and secure. The whole family enjoyed every second spent here. The location is perfect, not too far from anything but lovely and quiet at the same time. I would 100% recommend staying here and hope to do so in the future.

We had a lovely stay in July 2025. The apartment is really fantastic with three great sized bedrooms and a really lovely balcony for relaxing on (we appreciated the awning so we could enjoy the balcony even when the sun was too hot). A well equipped kitchen too. We particularly loved the pool. The location is quiet and away from the busyness of Marbella but close to San Pedro. You can walk to Puerto Banus in around 25 minutes along the beach front.Check in was easy and we had great communication throughout the week if we had any questions.Would definitely recommend!

El apartamento es tal y como muestran las fotos y está muy bien preparado con todo tipo de menaje. La urbanización es preciosa y la localización del apartamento es perfecta porque da a una zona del jardín con todo árboles y no se escucha el ruido de la piscina. La terraza maravillosa!!! Hemos pasado dos semanas fantásticas y sin duda repetiría! Tanto Johan como Linda encantadores. Gracias!!!

4 week stay in a great location and apartment

We had a fantastic 4 week break here at San Pedro.. The apartment was a perfect choice for us - it was very spacious inside and a great terrace for both dining and sunbathing. Beds were very comfortable., and the shutters pulled down at night gave us a perfect nights sleep. Great having two bathrooms plus a separate toilet, when our family joined us. , so no queues in the morning.. Would be better to have a shower screen instead of a shower curtain in the main bathroom. The grounds are so well maintained and a pleasure to walk through to the pool area which was not busy at all . The gardeners worked so hard keeping everything well groomed and tidy, The wifi was brilliant- my husband was working part of the trip and had better wifi there than at home ! Great location for walking to beach for a great selection of beach side bars and restaurants (5 mins). Absolutely brilliant time had here. We definitely recommend.

Fabulous stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment! It has a lovely feel - very spacious and bright and nicely decorated. Beds are very comfy and couch is too. Lovely sized terrace with nice outdoor seating / furniture - great place to hang out with the family :) All in all - a great stay! Would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back soon!

Apartamento súper cómodo

El apartamento está en una urbanización realmente bien cuidada y bonita, con una piscina muy buena y a 100 metros de la playa. Además cuenta con multitud de elementos de cocina y está bien amueblado. Las colchones de las camas son un poco blandas (aunque eso va en gustos). Y hemos pasado unas buenas vacaciones. No obstante no todo ha sido perfecto. Cuando llegamos la casa tenía algunos detalles de limpieza (goteaba aceite del techo del extractor, los cuartos de baños no estaban muy limpios, los sillones de los muebles de exterior estaban tan sucios que decidimos no usarlos, por lo que usar las tumbonas o las sillas no era tan cómodo), y tuvimos que realizar la limpieza por nuestra parte. Además, y aunque está realmente cerca de la playa, todos los días hemos hecho unos 20 minutos de ida y lo mismo de vuelta a otra playa, ya que la De San Pedro sólo está bien si no te planteas bañarte en ella, tiene dentro del agua unas rocas grandes que hacen peligroso el entrar y salir. Evidentemente esto es culpa mía por no haber mirado que la playa fuese buena. Adicionalmente, tuvimos mala suerte con los vecinos y algunas noches hubo bastante ruido hasta altas horas de la madrugada de otros grupos que también habían alquilado otros inmuebles en la urbanización. Si quieres dar paseos por la playa, bañarte en una buena piscina o ponerte al sol en la playa, este es tu sitio. Saludos

Idéalement situé près de la plage et Marbella

Appartement très spacieux avec terrasse semi-ombragée dans une belle résidence. Les nombreux équipements de cuisine, lave linge, lave vaisselle...facilitent le quotidien. Il est situé à proximité de la plage (cailloux) et de la promenade maritime bordée de petits restaurants. Très calme. Piscine agréable. Très bon séjour!
