Bredon Court occupies a desirable and central location within Newquay. The apartments have stunning sea views to Fistral Bay and the headland while Newquay Golf Course is literally on your doorstep. The harbour and town centre of Newquay are within a 5 to 10 minute walk.

Ein optimal gelegenes Apartment

Wir haben in der Wohnung Nr.28 eine Woche verbracht. Die Wohnung an sich ist sehr schön mit einer schönen Aussicht vom Balkon auf den Fistral Beach und den davorgelegenen Golfplatz. Die Ausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Der Fernseher ist etwas klein für die Entfernung, aufgrund des Wetters mussten wir diesen aber auch nur an einem Tag nutzen. Leider war der Check-in etwas problematisch, da uns der falsche Schlüssel-Code übermittelt wurde und wir so nicht zur vereinbarten Zeit in die Wohnung konnten. Cottages.com konnte aber relativ zeitnah Abhilfe schaffen. Die Zeiten für den Check-in (5pm) und den Check-out (9am) fanden wir auch unglücklich und sollten unserer Meinung etwas urlauberfreundlicher ausgelegt werden. Die Lage der Wohnung ist allerdings wirklich perfekt, sowohl für den Strand als auch für die Stadt. Der Parkplatz war auch gut ersichtlich und groß genug. Alles in allem also eine sehr schöne Woche in einer sehr guten Ferienwohnung!

Excellent apartment and location, nice & clean, only downside were the showers. Showers aren't very good, one over the bath is really basic and the attachment to wall needs some maintenance as it doesn't take the weight of the shower head and the en-suite shower is small.

This is the second year in a row we have stayed at Bred in Court. The apartments are fantastic, they have everything you need. The beach is a five minute walk away. And you are 2 minutes from the town. The beaches are amazing.

Apartment situated in perfect location nearby supermarket and 5-10 min walk from town and beach. Recommend trying The Stables pizza restaurant overlooking Fistrel beach and Miso Miso in the town centre is fantastic. Apartment has well equipped kitchen and is comfortable with beautiful views over the golf course and out to sea. Owner also left some lovely flowers and provide shower gel and tea/coffee. Only cons are that it could do with a deeper clean as bedroom drawers were dusty. The main double bed was uncomfortable for us and it was disappointing that the second bedroom beds were not made up.
