LOVELY 3 BED BUNGALOW, on charming little holiday park near Perranporth and St Agnes .... Decorated in a fun modern Seaside theme, with lots of pictures of local beaches nearby. We offer amazing value here !
This is an amazing Central Location in Cornwall, with so many stunning beaches and attractions nearby.

Lovely Holiday Complex set in communal gardens and grounds, with indoor heated Swimming Pool and sauna, Children's play area, Tennis, Table Tennis, Crazy golf, Bar and restaurant .... set in lots of communal gardens
This is a lovely family friendly holiday park, the staff here are so lovely and friendly.
Fantastic central location in Cornwall .... with so many beautiful beaches and attractions nearby. The ideal base to explore Cornwall.

PERRANPORTH is a charming coastal town with amazing beach and surf school, great restaurants bars and lovely cafes, ice cream parlours and shops ...... it really is everyone's idea of the perfect Seaside town ! St Agnes is just a short drive away aswell.
Newquay is just a few miles away. Truro is also just a few miles away, this is the big city centre in Cornwall where you will find all of the big stores and amazing restaurants / bars etc.

3 Bed Holiday property, with open plan living space:-

LOUNGE AREA -- with 2 large sofas, large flat screen TV.
FITTED KITCHEN -- with dining table + chairs for 6 guests, oven / hob, fridge, microwave, and plentiful supply of utensils, mugs, bowls plates etc.
DOUBLE BEDROOM - with double bed, double wardrobe, drawers, bedside drawers, bedside lighting
TWIN BEDROOM - 2 Single beds, double wardrobe, bedside drawers, bedside lighting
TWIN BEDROOM - 2 single beds, double wardrobe, bedside drawers, bedside lighting
FAMILY BATHROOM - Full sized Bath WC, sink with mirror over

All beds will be made up for 6 guests. Ideally this property sleeps 6 guests with all beds made up for 6. At certain times guests can bring an extra small child and bring a travel cot. Please contact us regarding this before booking .........


Wifi is available in the reception building during the summer season. This is not available at the actual property. Here you will find the swimming pool, shop, bar and restaurant, amusement arcade.

We have several properties here, so we can accommodate large family groups ...... please contact us regarding this if you wish to book a few properties.

LOVELY FACILITIES HERE -- these are available from March to October :-
Many guests want to use the house as a base to explore Conrwall and dont require facilities.
If access to Facilities is required, Reception will charge £5 per guest for the Facilities Pass to have access to facilities here, this can be paid before your arrival -- OR on arrival at Reception, staff will give you the passes. These would need to be purchased for all guests.

Bar and Restaurant are open during the main holiday season. There is a really good launderette at this holiday complex.

Dogs. We can accept a booking for 1 small dog / pet at certain times, my cleaning company does make a small extra charge for this, as it is vital that they do extra vacuuming and anti viral cleaning after a dog, as we have to consider the comfort of other guests. The cleaning company do charge £45 per pet ..... and there are strict conditions if bringing a dog. Please contact us before booking regarding this, as we can not always offer this ..... incase we have other guests booked afterwards with allergies - then it can be dangerous if we do not realise that you have a dog here.
Pets are strictly not allowed on furniture at all ..... and we do ask that you bring lots of throws to cover sofas ..... just incase they jump up.
Please note that if guests bring a dog without informing us --- then access will be denied. This is very important. The park need to know if a dog is staying.

Please be aware -- our prices show weekly prices. If guests wish to book a longer stay then we would need to arrange extra cleans with the cleaning company. This would be an extra charge ...... as only one cleaning fee has been allocated per stay on here currently . So please contact us before booking for longer stays.

Please Note : WIFI is available at the Reception building, not at the actual property.

Perfect location

We used this property as a base for a family wedding in St Agnes. As we had children in our party, the houses were the perfect size and location. The park facilities were a great bonus for the children of all ages and we were able to explore both Perranporth and St Agnes with ease. Thank you for letting us stay and the lovely wedding card and gift.

Fantastic location

We loved our stay here. It was the perfect base to explore from by foot (even with our 4 year old) to little quiet beaches, beautiful cliff walks and St Agnes. Truro is only 25 minutes by car for all big shops and supermarkets. Great for kids interns of facilities and the staff were super friendly. The house was clean and tidy and nicely renovated, beds super comfy. We'll be back :))

Property is ideally situated on a complex, it is quite rural but very quiet. The pool is lovely and warm and excellent small pool for babies. Very good play park outside, and this property is situated far enough away for the noise not to be a problem if you don’t have children.

Lovely week in a cosy cute chalet

We had a really enjoyable week at this chalet and would definitely consider returning! As I now have a dog I had been searching for a dog friendly holiday destination close to Holywell Bay and Newquay, places we'd enjoyed staying at in the past and was delighted to find this gem. The chalet was very cosy, decorated really lovely and modern, clean and had everything we needed to stay self catering. It was a good base to go and visit beautiful areas nearby such as St. Agnes and Perranporth as well as the aforementioned usual haunts! The site had great facilities - I enjoyed a swim in the indoor pool - a decent size with large windows with natural light from outside. We had a few drinks in the bar one night whilst waiting for some take away food from the restaurant area, which was tasty and inexpensive and only a short wait. We found the staff on site to be professional and friendly and it seemed to all be run very well. There is an on site shop which is really useful. We didn't get a chance to use the tennis courts or the mini golf but maybe next time! My friend said she hadn't slept so well in years due to the peaceful ambience as we only heard birds twittering in a morning, due to the chalet site being off the beaten track away from traffic and the town noises we were all normally used to. Bliss!

Fabulous base to explore North Cornwall

Spotlessly clean, well appointed house. Enough room for two small families to share! Lovely quiet holiday park with great facilities. Communication with the owner Jane was brilliant. Would highly recommend this as a base to explore North Cornwall.

Self catering with facilities on premises

Nice owners very easy to get to. Property a bit small but perfectly comfortable. No WiFi at all so prepare for other ways to entertain yourself- plenty of options including pool. Kids loved that when chilly outside.
