Mountain bike trails and trekking excursions departing directly from the Villa, the characteristic town of Navazzo, with pizzeria and grocery store is 500 meters away. The beaches are 15 minutes away by car.

You will be surrounded by the nature of a lovingly cared for park.

Uriges Ferienhaus hoch über dem Gardasee

Das Haus ist ein altes gut gepflegtes großzügiges Bauernhaus mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern mit einem fantastischen Blick auf den See. Vorteile sind die wunderbare Lage und herrliche Ruhe (gelegentlich fährt ein Auto die steile Straße hinter dem Haus vorbei), der sehr große gepflegte Garten und die unkomplizierte Vermietung. Das Haus liegt außerhalb der Ortschaft ohne Sichtkontakt zu anderen Häusern. Nachteil ist, das man zum See entweder 50min den Berg hinab wandert oder 6km mit dem Auto fahren muss. Zusätzlich ist der letzte Kilometer zum Haus eine kleine Herausforderung (entweder sehr steil (von Maderno) oder tiefe Löcher zu umfahren (von Navazzo) - definitiv nicht geeignet für "tiefergelegte" Autos. Das Haus eignet sich auch als Startpunkt für Wanderungen in den Bergen oder Rennradfahren.

Schön aber weit ab…

Alles wirklich prima, wir hatten u.a. ein Problem mit dem Auto, da wurde uns von Claudia superschnell und sehr freundlich geholfen. Aber ich bin nicht sicher ob wir gebucht hätten wenn uns bewusst gewesen wäre, wie weit es nach unten an den See ist. Aber abgesehen davon haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt ❣️
