An outside terrace with barbecue and outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Spacious inside terrace, fitted kitchen, living room with sofa and satellite TV, radio CD player. Double room with air conditioning. Room with
two beds also with air conditioning, separate toilet and sink. Third room with bunk beds and fan on foot (ventilation). Bathroom with bathtub, toilet, bidet, washing machine and hairdryer. There is a wood stove for the cold months. The tourist village of Villasimius is located 3.5 km away. The distance to Elmas Cagliari airport is + - 55 km.
