Excelent villa, with 3 bedrooms, in one of the best areas of the Algarve - Vilamoura. It is located next to the Vilamoura Marina, in a very quiet area with other family townhouse, but very close to shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and much more for your convenience. The villa has access to the condominium swimming pool, which is 1 minute away. The house is magnificent located, with great sun exposure and view gardens, 1 minute walk from Vilamoura Marina and 10 minutes walk from Marina beach or Falécia beach.
The villa consists of two independent fanced gardens with a leisure and lounge area with BBQ. Inside, the house is very well furnished and recently renovated, decorated with every comfort. The large living room with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, high speed Internet and free Wi-Fi throughout the property and several sofas (includes 1 sofa bed of 1.60m*2.00 m) and dinning room with direct access to one of the gardens. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, hob, oven, coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator and crockery and cooking utensils. It has 3 large bedrooms all with wardrobes: a double room with a 1.60m * 2.00m bed, two double rooms with two single beds (0.90m * 2.00m) and 2 complete bathrooms. All the house is equipped with air conditioning. Towels and bed linen are provided. Private and reserved parking just in front of the home.
