MARINA Holiday House with Poolis a 3star Holiday house.It is located in Kruncici- a small village distant 18km from the town of Rovinj and 17km from the town of Porecwhere is the closest beach.Interior size is 200m2 and terrace is100m2. The house is spread over 3 floors: ground floor + 1st floor + 2nd floor. The accommodation has two air conditioners. One air conditioner is located in one bedroom and the other air conditioner is located in the other bedroom. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself. In the courtyard of the house, it is available a private swimming pool. The pool is filled with chlorine water.Across the street from the house is located a secondary courtyard that belongs to the main house. The courtyard is fenced. In that courtyard, there is available a barbecue and a private parking space.

BED DESCRIPTION:2 double beds + 2 extra beds (2 single beds). If the extra bed is used, there is an additional cost (per person).
CHILDREN: One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using main bed. Babycot is provided upon request and it is charged 5 € /day.
PETS: One pet is allowed and extra charge is 5€ per night. The surcharge is paid upon arrival in cash. If you have more than 1 pet, send a request to check if it is possible to make an exception.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT AMOUNT IS 100€ - Damage deposit is required upon arrival. At Check-out, if there will be no damage in the accommodation, the full amount will be returned.
