Villa NICEVIEW by Abahana Villas
VILLA WITH BEAUTIFUL VIEWS FOR RENT IN Calpe (Costa Blanca), for up to 8 people.
DISTRIBUTION: This villa has two floors connected by an internal staircase. Upstairs are three bedrooms (one with double bed and two single beds) and a shower room. The main floor has a bedroom (double bed) and bathroom with shower. Also, a laundry room and a living room with open kitchen, which has access to a covered terrace with panoramic views. At the same level as the main floor, outside, we can find a fully equipped kitchen.
EXTERIOR: The villa has 120m2 and is situated on a plot of 1250m2. With plenty of room for our vehicles and a garage. We have large terraces and a nice pool to a level lower than the main floor. Furnished with loungers and outside shower. With unbeatable panoramic views from the sea and the natural park of the Rock of Ifach.
LOCATION: Located on top of a hill in Calpe, surrounded by nature, making it very private. This place provides peace and tranquility needed after long days of work.
OTHER: AIR CONDITIONING IN ALL BEDROOMS AND LOUNGE, PETS ALLOWED, FREE WIFI, PINGPONG TABLE.
