PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

South-facing penthouse and only 3 minutes from the beach walking from the apartment.

Totally exterior and very bright, two bedrooms, the marriage is very spacious, bathroom, living room and kitchen. Parking space in underground garage with direct access to housing.
We have an elevator.

And the most spectacular is the 70m terrace to enjoy sunsets, eternal breakfasts and romantic dinners. Wifi.

This penthouse has air conditioning hot / cold by split machine located in the living room.
South facing with sea views.

Ha sido estupendo. Acogedor, limpio, confortable... Hemos estado alojados 8 dĂ­as y han sido prefectos. A una distancia de 2 minutos a pie a la playa. Un lugar muy apacible, perfecto para unas vacaciones tranquilas en pareja o familia. Absolutamente recomendable. Gracias Raquel
