The apartment was just like photos and description. Great location. Friday night it did get a little loud outside with someone playing music and singing. And the street lights are bright and the windows to master were not the way covered so it was kind of bright in there. But the unit is very spacious, well equipped and clean. The beds were really really comfortable. I would stay again.

The restaurant/bar downstairs has live music until 230am that is very loud inside of the apartment. Loved the convenience of the shops and how everything was dog friendly. Parking is not paid, but was not crazy expensive either.

Downtown Knoxville gem

This property was located in a great spot in Knoxville that allowed for easy access to activities and dining. Also the furnishings and comfort was excellent and the management was helpful and accommodating. Definitely would utilize this property in upcoming stays

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay and the location in downtown Knoxville was excellent. As noted in our reviews it can't sleep 6 based on current bed configuration, but we knew that in advance of our stay so planned accordingly. Molly accommodated our early morning arrival which was appreciated. Would definitely stay again.

Great weekend in downtown Knoxville. Loved the loft - super cute, comfy and chic. Other reviews mentioned the amount of light in the bedroom and recommended eye masks - we brought ours and slept great. Fantastic location. Only issue is the shower doors need repaired or replaced. Would love to visit again.

Beautiful Downtown Knoxville Loft!

This loft was perfect for our wedding week stay. The location was exceptional and the loft’s interior furnishings were beautiful. Ideally situated in downtown Knoxville we were within walking distance of everything fun Knoxville has to offer. Molly was an awesome host - always responsive and helpful with all question. Highly recommend this loft!

We loved the openness!! You could see all the way down Gay St… the kids liked to people watch 😁. This Loft was very well decorated, clean with everything you would need for a stay away from home!! We will be back again.

Central location

The property was in a great location, and very clean and bright. It was spacious, very nicely appointed and well-equipped. The Host was very responsive, which was nice. For those that are sensitive to light and noise, it may not be the best choice. The traffic noise was not unexpected given the location on Gay Street, but there was a very active upstairs neighbor which we could hear clearly. The master bedroom did not include drapes that were sufficient to keep out the very bright lights from the street. The operation of the TV was a challenge, and we could not access CBS. But overall a very nice stay.

Amazing!!!

Listen, I’m not one to give reviews. This place was amazing! It was clean, inviting, well decorated, had all the amenities (Including a disposal and gass stove). It was centrally located in downtown Knoxville on Gay Street. The sheets were even super comfortable and soft. There were many remarks about lighting and noise while sleeping. We did not personally experience that. The guests upstairs were also very quiet and the bar downstairs was far enough away that we did not experience issues with them either. And it is up and open. We did not have to use earplugs or eye covers. These were some of the suggestions that were made. I can see how being in the downtown area can heighten things. But that is what you are paying for when you stay at this place. We really enjoyed our stay there and will be booking again if needed in the future. They also have a penthouse three bedroom suite upstairs for rent as well. Give it a chance. The only thing that I would change would be included parking. Due to the fact, we visited on a game day there was no parking in the free garage. So we did have to pay for parking. Haun, we had a great stay.

Like staying inside of a boom box

The apartment is a very cute apartment, nicely decorated, but I really feel like the listing needs to be updated to some actualities. It is located in a great area for street watching and in the heart of Gay Street, but the listing does not state the restaurant that it is situated over has live music at night. We stayed two nights. Thursday night live music which seemed to have been right below the bed played until 12 am. Friday night they played until 1 am. Along with the music you can hear the people talking in the restaurant, people on the street, very loud cars until wee hours of the morning, and a bonus each night of our stay an electric guitar player played with his amplifier and music until late night also. Yes His loud music came at us from the side plus the live music from below. As an added bonus some ladies sat up their music beside the ice cream shop with guitar and amplifier blaring also. Its like staying inside a boom box. It is a very noisy. Overall the apartment was clean. They ask you to strip the beds. They do not use pillow protectors. When you take the pillow cases off you can see all the disgusting yellow stains and rings on the pillows from previous people. The mattress pad had 1 yellow stain. Thats something you do not want to see after sleeping on it. The door does not latch when closing. You must make sure you push it, to latch. The master bed is ridiculously high.

Over priced

We enjoyed our stay but there were issues that I did not expect for the cost that I paid. The furniture in the living area was nice but not very practical for comfort. The air conditioning was loud and did not stay on very long when it ran. Dishwater was not unloaded from previous tenet, shower door leaked, and no top sheet on bed in back bedroom. The lighting in the bathrooms and bedrooms was weak. The main issue was the noise. I expected some noise being on gay street, but the motorcycles at night were horrible( out of your control), but the worst was the floors and the upstairs tenet. OMG, I do not know what was going but they kept walking back and forth, over and over until 230 am in the morning. I think once the bar opens below the noise will be even worst. Don’t get me wrong, the place was charming, and it’s was fun to people watch, great location to go out at night from, but these issues make it so I would not return or recommend to anyone.
