Peaceful location

This was our second stay here and we’ve booked again for later in the year. There is everything you could need at the house. Comfortable beds, large living room and dining area. The outside dining is undercover so you can dine al fresco whatever the weather. We had glorious weather in the second week. The location is quiet. We explored Pompadour, Objat, Allassac and canoed on the Dordogne.

Great House!

We had a lovely time, despite the weather not being that good. The Gite was very well equipped. The beds were comfortable. It was exactly as described. The fact that it had 2 fridge freezers was great. We enjoyed having a wood burner for the cooler evenings. Vero was very nice and helpful. We will definitely be back Lou, Dean and Jason

Well equipped beautiful home from home

Lovely well equipped home from home. There was everything you could need and more. The bed was very comfortable, plenty of space in the accommodation and a lovely private and not overlooked swimming pool which is heated. The weather was mixed but that didn’t stop us going in the pool. The surrounding area is peaceful with lots of lovely villages to explore. The Dordogne river is a drive away and it is great fun to canoo or kayak from Vitrac to Beynac. We didn’t do that this time in the region but will do when we visit again. We have already booked again for next year.

Lovely Property and Lovely Holiday

We have just returned from a lovely holiday at Villa Loutopia in France. The property is great, the location is idyllic and the pool is an absolute delight, especially when it is as hot as it has been this summer. We enjoyed many evenings at the villa, BBQing, and drinking lovely local wines. There are plenty of days out and activities to do locally, and I would particularly recommend the Lascaux caves. Veronique is a wonderful host and really makes you feel welcome and is constantly available to support you during your stay. We had a slight issue with the pool, which she got sorted out very quickly and was very proactive in all aspects of her support. I would recommend this property very highly.

Great place for a quiet holiday with good food.

The villa is in a beautiful and quiet location. The owner provided us with fruit and vegetables on arrival, which was a very welcome gift. The kitchen is very well equipped, which made cooking here a pleasure. This with the quality barbeque and the fantastic outside dining area meant that we ate very well. The property is well presented, clean and tidy. We found it very easy to relax and enjoy a peaceful holiday. There is plenty of seating inside and out. The pool is just outside the building, which is very convenient. Local towns provide good quality shops and supermarkets. The locals were very friendly with us. Thank you for a wonderful break. We will certainly consider returning again.

Lovely stay

We arrived a bit early and met with Veronique. She was wonderful and showed us round the house and even left us some fresh fruit and vegetables from the local farmers. A lovely first impression. The house itself is charming. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you could need, we love to cook so the kitchen and the outdoor grill were perfect to cook all of the delicious food we’d bought from the local markets. The pool is great and downstairs stays nice and cool throughout the day when you need a break from the sun. We stayed as a couple for the majority of the week but then had two friends to stay over the weekend. The house was spacious even with four adults. The local bakery is around a 10 min drive away and there are a number of supermarkets around 15-20 min drive away, along with local markets (check the days) in towns nearby. We would absolutely stay in this property again. It was the perfect, relaxing break we needed.

Excellent séjour dans cette spacieuse maison avec tout le confort. On se sent comme chez soi et et il y a de nombreux accessoires que vous ne trouverez pas ailleurs comme une machine à pain par exemple ! Pour les amateurs de repos et de calme c'est l'endroit idéal. La communication avec le propriétaire est "on ne peut plus clair" et je la félicite pour l'organisation générale et le suivi du séjour. Je recommande vivement cette annonce.

Super séjour!

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans la maison de Véronique où on avait l’impression d’être chez nous, dans la maison de vacances de famille, alors que c’était la première fois que l’on vient. Maison très propre et avec tout ce dont on pourrait avoir besoin (parfait pour les inévitables oublis sur la liste de courses). Piscine de rêve, et entretenue plusieurs fois pendant le séjour. Petit guide du locataire très complet sur la maison mais avec aussi beaucoup de bons plans pour des activités / sorties à faire aux alentours. D’ailleurs, il y a énormément de choses à faire on a été ravis de faire de belles découvertes. Échanges chaleureux avec Véronique qui était très réactive à toute question. On reviendra!!

Un endroit où il fait bon vivre

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans une jolie propriété où règne une atmosphère agréable et calme. Nous avons eu une belle surprise à notre arrivée : un magnifique saladier de produits provenant des producteurs des environs . Nous avons également apprécié que Véronique, la propriétaire des lieux, soit venue nous saluer le jour de notre départ ( il était quand même 7h du matin ). On gardera un bon souvenir de ce séjour en Corrèze.

Une belle semaine au calme absolu et véridique

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour , la piscine est bien exposée, plaisante et la maison est très bien équipée, il ne manque rien à tous les niveaux , de plus la propriétaire laisse à disposition des condiments, de la farine, du sucre … et nous offre un panier de bienvenue très fourni, cette générosité est assez rare pour le loueur habituel que je suis sur Abritel. Le calme est absolu, et c’est aussi ce que nous avons apprécié. Il faudra faire quelques km pour se ravitailler , il y a de jolis châteaux, une très belle campagne et des pittoresques villages dans le coin. Seul bémol, la maison est sombre , mais cela permet de garder la fraîcheur à l’interieur , en période de canicule, et on peut déjeuner dehors à l’ombre . Très grande télé avec Netflix, c’est chouette aussi . Merci à Veronique qui sait mettre ses locataires à l’aise .

Un réel bonheur !

La villa était parfaitement adaptée à nos vacances. 2 couples, 1 ado, 1 bébé. La villa permet d'être aussi bien regroupé que séparé pour que chacun ait ses moments de tranquillité (même avec un bébé de 3 mois !) Il ne manque rien. La piscine est super agréable, nous en avons profité du matin au soir ! La pergola est simplement parfaite. Les chambres agréable... bref nous avons adoré !!! Ah oui et la propriétaire est aussi géniale, toujours dispo et ça c'est rassurant !

Location au calme avec tout le nécessaire.

Très bon accueil avec produits locaux (merci) et à l'écoute de nos besoins. Grand espace ouvert salle à manger et séjour. Extérieur agréable pour repas et détente. Vacances avec visite des environs et piscine.
