Set in a peaceful area tucked away on the Saunton side of Braunton, Sandbanks is within easy reach of the village just a short walk of ten minutes or so. A regular bus service just moments away with direct links to Saunton beach, Croyde, Barnstaple and Woolacombe for plenty of sightseeing opportunities.

PROPERTY

Entrance porch for coats and boots.

Bright and airy lounge with a 3 seater sofa, matching arm chair and footstall. A 42'' wall mounted LCD Smart TV with sound bar, DVD player, Netflix enabled and basic sky package. Grey laminate flooring and a white storage unit complete this contemporary chic feel.

The open plan kitchen has a built in oven, hob, extractor, tall fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. Nestled to the side is a dining table with grey chairs.

Master bedroom - Kingsize bed, mirror, 2 white matching bedside tables, chest of drawers and occasional chair. Bedroom Two - Twin beds (Kingsize upon request) 2 white bedside tables, chest of drawers and mirror.
The family bathroom comprises of a wc, washbashin, underfloor heating, walk in shower with overhead rain shower with hose attachment.

OUTSIDE SPACE

French patio doors from the lounge lead onto the decking area, The enclosed garden is laid to lawn with a storage shed for surfgear. Patio furniture and BBQ is provided.
