My house is located in Milano Marittima (Cervia - Ravenna), in a neighborhood with beautiful buildings and lots of greenery. With a 10-minute walk you can reach the center and the beaches.
There is an exclusive parking space.
The area is very quiet and the apartment is located a stone's throw from the pine forest where you can take walks or jog.
The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary equipment and a comfortable sofa, SMART TV and WiFI are available for your relaxation.

The accommodation

The apartment is bright and equipped with all the comforts for a pleasant holiday or business trip: smart TV, wifi, entrance with clothes hanger, large and comfortable sofa bed, 6-door wardrobe in the double bedroom and 2-door wardrobe in the double bedroom , large table for 8 people, dishwasher, washing machine, deckchairs, chairs and tables for outdoor spaces, reserved parking space inside the condominium space, outdoor space for bicycle shelter, automatic gate.
All rooms face the terrace.
The presence of such a large fenced outdoor garden makes the apartment very suitable for families with children who can play outdoors in total safety.

Guest access

Guests will have access to all parts of the apartment. There is only one small locked cupboard which cannot be used.

Interaction with guests

I will be at your disposal for advice on where and what to eat, places little known by mass tourism to discover and any other request.

Other things to highlight

Possibility to organize days with Romagna cooking classes: grandmother Marisa will reveal all the secrets of the tagliatella, piadina and cappelletto!
Check-in takes place from 15 to 17. If you need to check in after 5pm, you must add the following fees to be paid on arrival:
- € 20 for check-ins between 5pm and 8pm;
- € 30 for check-ins between 8pm and 11pm;
- € 50 for check-ins made after 11pm.
