Villa Perla #254 is a large studio condo located in the private and exclusive Terrasol Development. Located where the Sea of Cortez and the Pacific Ocean meet at “Land's End,” Terrasol Beach Resort sits on one of the most expansive beaches on the Baja Peninsula.

Literally built on the sand, Terrasol Beach Resort is also only 200 meters to the famous Cabo marina and is less than 500 meters from the heart of downtown, which is only a 10 minute walk to everything Cabo has to offer. This condo is nicely decorated and offers a quiet setting for a relaxing vacation.

Peaceful and private

254 was comfortable, but needs a little face lift . The many steps up and down and down and up gave us lots of exercise right out the door. We walk anyway but it was comical .

bad bed pillows

good except for a small inexpensive fix that would help out so much. The bed pillows were awful, squishy with no support and since there is no headboard propping yourself up in bed was no existent. Please buy 4 firm bed pillows and the client's stay will be so much better.

Lovely property

The villa was very clean and located in a beautiful spot. If you don’t enjoy the downtown area though, don’t stay here. The restaurant on-site had good food and friendly staff. The beach is gorgeous and fun to walk! We were pleasantly surprised how secluded and quiet it was :)
