It is located in a very quiet area and is equipped with every kind of comfort. Ideal for a holiday of relaxation, of fun (the resort is touristic so there are several restaurants, bars, pubs, beaches, discos in the neighboring countries) and culture (the proximity to Palermo, Monreale, Erice, Selinunte, Trapani, etc. gives the opportunity to visit monuments, museums, temples, theaters, etc.) It is possible to make wonderful boat trips and scuba diving

Excellente résidence chez Cesco!

Mes amis et moi ( un groupe de six personnes ) avions passé 10 jours de très bonne qualité dans la villa de Cesco et Nella. La résidence privée se trouve à 5 min du centre-ville de Balestrate et 10 min de la plage en voiture. Elle est très bien située, pas très loin de la sortie d'autoroute, nous avions pu faire le tour de l'ile ( Palerme, Scalla Dei Turchi, Valle dei Temple, San Vito lo Capo, et même au mont Etna). L'appartement dans lequel nous avions séjourné, est très bien équipée. Il y a deux chambres, dont une avec un lit double, et l'autre avec deux lits simples. Dans le salon, il a également un canapé-lit pour deux personnes. Nous manquions de rien du tout! Nous avions beaucoup profité de l'immensité de l'espace piscine ( énorme piscine, lumineuse la nuit, avec un plongeon, des transats, et même des douches). Monsieur Cesco et sa femme sont très gentils et chaleureux. Nous avons pu confectionner et savourer leurs fameuses pizzas le temps d'une soirée organisée en notre honneur. Ce fut un excellent moment d'échanges. Je recommande cet endroit, que ce soit en famille ou entre amis, car elle conviendra à tout le monde. Grazie Mille =)

prima woning

Leuk huis, met vooral veel mooie buitenruimte. een heerlijk terras met zwembad en ligstoelen. vriendelijke eigenaren. In Balestrate kun je goed eten en ze hebben goed ijs! je kunt het lopen naar het dorp en strand maar het is geen leuk stuk om te wandelen. en je klimt behoorlijk. In het dorp voor een prikkie een auto te huur.

Heerlijk huis

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in Balestrate. De vakantiewoning is de benedenetage van een groot huis. Bovenin verblijven de eigenaren tijdens het weekeinde. Daar hebben we geen last van gehad. Cesco is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Omdat het beneden is is het vrij donker in huis, maar eten, drinken en luieren deden we op het terras voor het huis en bij het zwembad. Het zwembad is fantastisch en rondom de woning is een grote tuin met diverse vruchten die je mag plukken. Keuken compleet ingericht en ook verder geen aanmerkingen. Alleen het weggetje naar het huis is erg smal. Wat ons betreft een aanrader

Accommodation at Villa Cesco

We found the accommodation was clean, well equipped to suite our needs. We enjoyed our BBQ's, the tranquility of the surroundings and listening to the sounds of nature in the evenings. The swimming pool was pristine clean and nice to cool off in during the hot weather. The amenities was sufficient and in good working order. We thoroughly enjoyed the surroundings being further out of the city but still in walking distance to Balestrate that took us around 20 minutes to walk. Overall we enjoyed our stay of 11 days and wished we could stay longer. Don Cesco, the owner was very hospitable and polite. He checked on us to ensure that we were all right but kept his distance and allowed us our privacy. A really nice touch was, he invited us to a traditional Sicilian pizza evening with a proper wood burning oven, an evening we will not forget and it was much enjoyed. Cesco also allowed us to pick some home grown vegetables from his amazing vegetable garden. With our limited Italian we were still able to get along mainly because the Sicilians are such hospital and really nice people. We will certainly go back again and can recommend your stay at Villa Cesco.

"Sauberkeit: Die Wohnung ...

"Sauberkeit: Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, der Pool wird täglich gesäubert und die gesamte Anlage ist einem schönen gepflegten Zustand Lärm: Die Umgebung ist überhaupt nicht laut, wir haben abends vor der Wohnung auf der Terrasse gesessen und die Ruhe genossen mit Blick aufs Meer. Umgebung: wunderschöner Teil Siziliens mit vielfältigen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten im Umkreis von 30 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar. Meer und kleiner Ort Ballestrate mit netter abendlicher Fußgängerzone in 3 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Ausstattung: grandioser Pool mit kleinem Sprungbrett, alles da, was man braucht, wenn nicht, bekommt man es von den Vermietern. Vermieter: wohnen mit auf dem Grundstück, sie haben es geschafft, eine tolle Balance zwischen Zurückhaltung und Gastfreundschaft zu erreichen, super super net, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, absolut empfehlenswert, man wird immerwieder mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten bedacht und einmal sogar zu einem tollen Essen eingeladen (Pizza aus dem eigenen !!! Steinofen). Grandios auch der Gemüsegarten, der frei benutzt werden darf: frische Tomaten, Succhini, Melone, Trauben..... Zusammenfassung: Super!!! Sehr kinderfreundlich, sehr gastfreundlich, sehr schöne Umgebung, einfach perfekt! Vielen Dank an Cesco und seine Frau, saluti e grazie"

"Logement très agréable et très propre. La chambre des enfants avec les lits superposés est un peu petite mais le reste est très confortable et bien équipé, il ne manque rien. Le jardin est magnifique. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et très disponibles. Le logement se trouve dans un endroit idéal pour rayonner dans l''ouest de la Sicile de Cefalu à Trapani et même vers Selinonte grâce aux autoroutes qui sillonnent la région. "L''accueil est chaleureux, les propriétaires sont très soucieux du bien-être de leurs locataires et mettent à disposition les légumes, condiments et fruits disponibles dans leur propriété. L''environnement est propre et si la vue n''est pas fantastique en ce qui concerne les habitations alentours, la localisation est très bonne (mi-chemin Palerme-Trapani) et il y a un microclimat très agréable qui permet de dormir sans avoir trop chaud. "Appartement propre, trés tranquille. Les propriétaires sont chaleureux. Certains équipements dans la maison devraient être modernisés. Bien vérifier ce qui est inclus dans la location et ce qui doit être loué avec supplément (literie, linge de cuisine...) Prévoir un bon 25 minutes de marche pour se rendre au début du village; le chemin pour se rendre au village n'est pas très éclairé le soir (voiture préférable)."
