Comfortable lovely apartment in the very center of Lenno: here in Lenno you will find everything you need for your holiday and this apartment is a perfect place to stay with spacious living room/diner that leads to the terrace with view on the lake and surrounding mountain, modern classic Italian style full equipped kitchen with induction hob, 2 comfortable large bedrooms both with balcony and a modern bathroom with big shower.
1 private car parking free of charge is available just outside the building in a private area.
In the SAME BUILDING WE RENT ANOTHER 2-bedroom APARTMENT and a studio apartment, if you wish to come with friends or big family, please enquire for more information.
Ideally located to reach all highlights on Lake Como: the boat stop and bus stop are just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment and enable you to visit all attractions in this beautiful area. Relax on the private terrace or stroll down to the center with its cafes along the lake including the best Gelato in lake Como, its restaurants and small shops, grocery and supermarket, everything reachable on foot. Even the beautiful man made sandy beach in Lido di Lenno is just 5 minutes ‘walk from the apartment, there you can spend unforgettable days with your children or go for dinner in a unique atmosphere. The public free beach it’s also only 2 minutes away from the apartment and offers a relaxing garden where you can lay in the sun or reach the water for a swim, bar/cafè is right in the same place. Bank and post office at walking distance. Market-day every Tuesday, one step from the apartment, to enjoy a typical atmosphere. Right here in Lenno you will have the possibility to visit Villa Balbianello and its wonderful garden, Villa Carlotta is reachable in 5 minutes ‘drive, Bellagio and Varenna are also very close and you will enjoy a pleasant boat trip to reach them, Menaggio is just 10 minutes by Car from here, Como about 30 minutes and you can reach them by boat, fast-boat or bus. The scenery walk called “Green Way del Lago” crosses Lenno and you can start from here this leisurely and pleasant hike through ancient villages, churches, villas and gardens, by breathtaking views.

We enjoyed four wonderful nights in Lenno staying in Ambra’s beautiful apartment. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The location, just a short walk from the lakeside was perfect. The place was very clean and comfortable. The view was great. It was pretty easy to get to the ferry, restaurants and grocery store. It is on the third floor but stairs aren’t to bad. The building is very secure and neighborhood is safe. The street in the front is narrow and sometimes the cars and motor bikes go quite fast on it. Would stay there again.

We had a wonderful time in this airy spacious well lit apartment. Our host was so helpful and every restaurant she recommended was perfect! Easy access to the ferry and Lenno is a great place for hiking the greenway, up the mountain to a beautiful church, or stroll to the gelato shop! Wonderful!

Beautiful clean apartment (bigger than the photos show) Comfortable beds, quality furniture and design. Ambra was very helpful and kind. Great location. Very close to the water and wonderful restaurants but in a nice quiet spot. Lenno is definitely nicer and less touristy than the bigger more well known places. The ferry and bus are so close which makes it easy to visit other places. The villa nearby is fascinating.

Dream destination wedding and vacation.

My girlfriends and I were visiting Lake Como for a friend’s wedding. This was a perfect location for transportation, sightseeing, restaurants and shopping. Ambra was very helpful and gave us tips for how to get around, where to go, what to see and became like family to me and my friends. The apartment is beautiful and we could sit for hours on the amazing balcony taking in the gorgeous views. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ambra’s apartment. Great location, very short walk up slight hill, close to supermarket, ferry and restaurants. Super clean, equipped kitchen for cooking, very spacious, we spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the views. Would also suit a family of 4. Ambra was very accommodating and responsive. Wonderful stay in Lenno with lake view from balcony

Ambra was the perfect hostess, constantly checking with us that we were ok and had everything we needed and providing lots of helpful information. The appartment was spotless and well equipped. We loved every minute of our first trip to Lake Como and Lenno was the perfect place to base ourselves with a lovely atmosphere, and several lovely restaurants to choose from including the gelatoria which had several visits! We enjoyed swimming in the lake to cool down during a very hot week, boat trips across the lake to explore other pretty lakeside towns, some lovely local walks and a couple of delightful local villas. We hope we will be able to return one day soon.

Wonderful Stay in Ambra’s Home

The apartment is spacious and immaculate. The bed is comfortable, and the shower is wonderful. The kitchen has everything you need. The location is on the the middle part of the lake where you can easily take boats to other nearby towns. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the light change over the lake. Ambra was a gracious hostess, making reservations for us for dinner, showing us where to buy olive oil across the street. She had many good suggestions about things to do and was very attentive to make sure we had everything we needed at all times to make us feel at home

Felt welcomed by Ambra and her family from the moment we arrived. Apartment was larger than expected. Very modern and clean. It was so nice to have space to lounge in, especially as we ran into some rainy, relaxing weather. We loved the Lenno location as it was so much quieter and relaxing than the more touristy areas of Bellagio and Varenna. Ambra's suggestions of where to eat and some local drive/adventures were wonderful. Very nice grocery and launderette within walking distance. Loved the kitchen as it allowed us to stay in for dinner when weather not so great. We look forward to recommending this apartment and location!

A Wonderful Place

We had such a wonderful stay at this property in Lenno. Ambra was such a gracious host. She made sure we had everything we needed and even made us dinner reservations. The apartment was very spacious, bright and airy, and extremely clean. We had a beautiful view of the lake from the terrace. The location was right where you want to be in Lenno. It was a quick walk to the main part of town and close to two markets. We were able to walk easily to Villa del Balbianello from the apartment. If you are looking for a place to stay in Lenno this property can't be beat. I highly recommend it. I would definitely stay there again.

Incredible view of Lake Como

It is very clear from the moment you are greeted that this home has been lovingly cared for. We were met by our host Ambra upon check in and check out. Ambra was very gracious from the moment we arrived. She made sure that we had everything we needed. Communication exchanges were great and punctual. The place is impeccably clean and the location is ideal. The view of Lake Como as pictured in the listing is even more outstanding in person. Ambra was very helpful with all of her suggestions including a terrific place to eat called Il Cris which is located very close by. Delicious food. We had a great time! Die Wohnung ist schön groß und hat mehrere Balkone - die Aussicht auf den See, Lenno und die Berge ist großartig. Auch die Lage war super und der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Ambra ist total fürsorglich und liebenswürdig, wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Einziger Nachteil: im Hochsommer ist die Wohnung auch in der Nacht trotz Ventilator und durchlüften sehr warm, da es keine Klimaanlage gibt.
