About this property

Margarita: Villa with swimming pool 500 meters from the beach

The newly built Villa Margarita is in a very quiet area of L'Escala, but at the same time it is only 6 minutes (500 meters) away from the beach. A great place to spend your holidays.

The spacious outside space of the house has a large swimming pool. And the garden is well equipped with loungers where you can relax by having the sun, and also an outdoor table, to enjoy long meals between family or friends.

The house consists of two levels. At the first level is the kitchen, very modern and well equipped, the cozy living room and dining room, a double en suite room, a second double room, and a bathroom with shower.

On the second level you will find a double room, and a room with two single beds. At the same level is the garage.

In total the house can accommodate 8 people: in 3 double beds, and 2 single beds.



Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

Mandatory services: City tax (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.

Kommen gerne wieder.

Das Haus ist super gelegen, sehr ruhige Lage. Zu Fuss sind die Stadtstrände sehr gut erreichbar und auch das Ortszentrum. Um die Ecke hat es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch eine super Fahrradvermietung. Einziger Mangel ist die Pflege der Innenausstattung und die Sauberkeit in der Küche und des Geschirrs. Pool ist kleiner als auf dem Bild und nicht geheizt, aber sonst ok.

Casacagraable pero con alguna carencia

La casa está limpia y la planta principal está muy bien. Porche y piscina, no con tanta amplitud como se ve en la foto, pero están bien. En la planta inferior, dónde se han añadido 2 habitaciones a la altura del garaje, le hace falta un baño. No me parece correcto tener que subir a la planta superior para poder acceder al baño. El servicio ha sido correcto pero saber contactar mejor con el cliente cuando hay algún problema.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay. It was super clean and the communication was so easy and nice. It is definetly worth a try and we will come back ! Although there are a few things missing in the kitchen for example the equipment was basic and sufficient for our trip.
