This four bedroom villa is situated in the prestigious Royal Westmoreland estate with its own exclusive members only swimming pool as well as its own private pool. Suitable for 6 adults and 2 children

The villa's accommodation comprises a large open plan lounge/dining area opening to a balcony with stunning sea views, and includes a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar. The large screen TV gives access to over 1000 channels and up to date movies. Full Wifi is available.

Downstairs are three bedrooms, two ensuite and a separate bath room.

The property has its own private swimming pool and guest cottage with ensuite bath room. There is a large barbecue and party area with a fully equipped bar “De Limetree Bar” where the barman can pick fresh limes from the adjacent Limetree!

The accommodation also includes membership of the prestigious Fairmont Royal Pavillion beach club on Barbados’ famous west coast with discounts on its full range of water sports facilities. Property is only available for a minimum of five nights. Perfect for families.

Fantastic villa with everything we could have wanted. Beautifully appointed and great attention to detail- heaps of towels, toiletries and a very well stocked kitchen. Staff on the complex were great, private and communal pools both fab. Loved every second. Housekeeper and cleaner provided too- just wonderful.

Excellent location and environment

The villa was in a great location and the Royal Westmoreland estate outstandingly well kept. The villa itself had more than enough accommodation for the 2 of us (it sleeps 8!) and we thoroughly enjoyed the facilities, personal pool and general ambience. The villa was very well stocked with all possible utilities and amenities and we were fortunate to meet many of the Forest Hills residents at an annul cocktail party - great company. All together an excellent holiday.

Loved the pool!

Corresponding with Caroline the property owner was delightful from the start, and interacting with property manager Sarah offered swift issue fixes and request recommendations. The villa and immediate grounds were spacious for three people, however refresh/repair is needed. Noise from public road traffic and construction was unexpected. Ordering in provisions from Massy and WineWorld made sunset cocktails and dining on the upper patio a regular event. And the size and privacy of a larger-than-splash pool was ideal for day and late night swims.

Relax and Enjoy

This property is a relaxing home away from home. The rooms are spacious and each bedroom has its own shower room. From the balcony we watched the sunset over the sea whilst sipping a cold gin and tonic. As this Villa was the owners home it is well equipped with all we needed for day to day living. Caroline kept us informed through out and left some very useful information on where to eat and what’s available to do on the island. The property has its own pool and when not exploring the island we spent time chilling by the pool utilising the BBQ and the outside bar area. You could get by without a car but to get the best from the island and your stay you really do need one. Sarah was there to meet us and solved small problems quickly and courteously. If you want a relaxing holiday in a safe, quiet gated community then I would recommend Forest Hill’s.

What a lovely villa

We were so pleased when we arrived (against all odds) to the villa. It was better than the photos. Spacious, well laid out, easy for everyone. The pool was lovely. The owner was great to deal with. We feel honoured that he let us use his beautiful home and lucky to have found it. The only thing we might do in the future is hire a car, but that’s about us, not the villa!

My family and I enjoyed our stay in beautiful royal Westmoreland.

The location is perfect and is in close proximity to beaches and other sites worth visiting. The villa is luxurious and well maintained. It is a safe gated community with a beautiful golf course and trails for running or walking. I would highly recommend 34 forest hills!
