Villa with garden in the Beautiful Town of Santa Caterina di Pittinuri (OR). The recently renovated house overlooks the sea with a breathtaking view and beautiful sunsets. Available for 4/5 beds distributed as follows: Double Room, Single Room, Sofa Bed 2 places in the living room. Equipped with all comforts, two bathrooms with shower, living room, kitchen equipped with all the main appliances. In the garden barbecue, two covered verandas and outdoor sitting area.
The Santa Caterina di Pittinuri beach is located in a picturesque inlet between Punta Cagaragas and the Pittinuri tower promontory, in the municipality of Cuglieri. Surrounded by very clear calcareous rock, it is also renowned for the presence of many ravines and caves of rare beauty, as well as for its proximity to the beach of S'Archittu. The beach is characterized by medium fine sand, between golden and reddish, interspersed with stones of different sizes. The sea is shallow, transparent, clean and blue. The beach offers parking, bars, clubs and is very popular with windsurfers. Reaching it is simple because Santa Caterina is the seaside resort of Cuglieri and it is reached by the road that goes down from Cuglieri to the south towards Oristano.

Top situation & comfy place

We enjoyed our 5 days long stay with our young daughter at Giuseppina’s house, she’s a very nice and helping person. The view from the balcony offers outsanding sunsets!

Very nice small house with patio and grill

We liked place very much, it is located near cliffs where there are very scenic views. Very nice beautiful beaches are located 10 to 30 minutes drive. 30 min drive to Oristano is also good if you want to go to shopping centers, very good restaurants etc. House is best for 4-5 people.

Vacanza da ricordare!

Consigliatissimo: la casa fronte mare, con vista sulle scogliere, offre la possibilità di godere di una vista spettacolare. Oltre ad essere una casa funzionale e pulita, è inoltre in posizione strategica per raggiungere tutte le spiagge della costa occidentale della Sardegna. Inutile dire che l’accoglienza è stata molto gradita per l’ospitalità e la gentilezza che ci ha riservato la sig.ra Giuseppina.

Casa con vista superba direttamente sulla costa, silenziosa ma centrale, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia del golfo, generosa disposizione degli spazi per vivere sempre all'aperto e dotata di tutto per rendere il soggiorno confortevole.

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen, desaströse Wohnung, nicht wie beschrieben.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, wir sind am 24.6. ( einen Tag verspätet wegen eines Defektes am Auto) in der bei Ihnen gebuchten Ferienwohnung in Santa Caterina angereist. Trotz unserer mehrjährigen Erfahrung mit den inseltypischen Standards, auf Sardinien, waren wir entsetzt. Die angesagte Klimaanlage gab es nur im Wohnzimmer im EG, die Schlafräume im OG konnten nicht klimatisiert werden. Es gab einen uralten verschmutzen Ventilator. Die Ausstattung war überdimensional reichlich an Küchenzubehör, die Inneneinrichtung wie aus dem Trödelladen alt und moderig (alte Teppiche, Bettwäsche, Handtücher etc.) Stil der 50er Jahre. Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass mehrere Haushalte ohne Sinn und Zweck in dieses Haus eingeräumt worden sind! Der stärkste Beweggrund unserer vorzeitigen Abreise (wir haben uns notgedrungenermaßen in einem Hotel eingebucht) war, dass mein Mann mit einem beschädigten Stuhl nach hinten gestürzt ist und zum Glück nur eine Rücken und Kopfprellung erlitten hat. Bei der Kontrolle der weiteren Stühle ( weiße Plastikstühle ) ergab sich, das auch zwei weitere Stühle starke Beschädigungen und Risse hatten!!! Das Nachbarhaus war eine Baustelle, an der auch bei der Anreise gearbeitet wurde. Das hinter Gartentor war vergammelt und nur an die Wand gelehnt. Der bei 400 m angeblich erreichbare Strand war über 900 m entfernt, ein reiner Surferstrand und ausdrücklich (für Hunde verboten)!!! Wir waren schwer enttäuscht und erwarten Ihre Antwort. Ottima posizione

La casa si trova a poca distanza dalla scogliera. Gli spazi esterni sono comodi, la padrona di casa gentile e disponibile. Un po' datati accessori e stoviglie. Se avete cagnolini tenete presente che la proprietà non è recintata perfettamente (muretti bassi e siepi divisorie). Mancano i condizionatori che almeno nella zona notte sarebbero serviti.

Tolle Aussicht aufs Meer, ruhige Lage, etwas eng und renovierbedürftig

Wir hatten 3 gute Wochen in dem Haus verbracht und uns besonders erfreut an * dem direkten Blick aufs Meer - vom Balkon aus und Schlafzimmer konnten wir jeden Sonnenuntergang bewundern * der ungestörten Ruhe des kleinen Ortes - ruhige Nachbarn, kein Durchgangsverkehr oder Strassenlärm, kurzer Fussweg zum Strand im Ort oder zu den Felsen * schnellen und stets super freundlichen Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin - als der Wasserboiler kaputt ging, war gleich am nächsten Tag der Ersatz eingebaut, mit einem Korb voller Gemüse * mit großem Balkon und 2 Terrassen war viel Platz um das Haus gegeben Was uns etwas gestört hat: - die Räumlichkeiten waren recht eng, insbesondere das Kinderzimmer, für 2 Personen (auch Kinder) zu klein für erholsamen Schlaf - dafür hat unsere Tochter gerne und gut auf dem Balkon geschlafen ;-) - manche Ausstattung war recht abgenutzt und etwas veraltet, bspw. die Aussendusche, die Küche oder die Couch im Wohnzimmer

Una casa splendida in una posizione incantevole

Abbiamo trascorso la nostra vacanza di famiglia in questa bellissima casa a poche centinaia di metri dal mare, in una posizione tranquilla e silenziosissima. La casa è molto ben attrezzata, con grandi spazi esterni a piano terra e un fantastico terrazzo al primo piano dal quale godere il tramonto. Tutti gli ambienti sono accoglienti e molto curati. Ci siamo sentiti davvero coccolati. Percorrendo non più di trenta chilometri si possono raggiungere ogni giorno spiagge stupende e diverse tra loro oppure fare interessanti escursioni nell’entroterra. Grazie di cuore a Giuseppina per la cordialità e la disponibilità, speriamo di poter tornare presto!

Casa con panorama stupendo

Siamo una famiglia e abbiamo soggiornato nella splendida casa della signora Giuseppina. Innanzitutto la voglio ringraziare per la sua ospitalita' e gentilezza, il modo garbato e rispettoso ; la casa è in una posizione fantastica davanti al mare con un panorama stupendo, gli spazi della casa soprattutto quelli esterni sono molto confortevoli. È organizzato per poter mangiare sia a pian terreno che sulla terrazza godendo del panorama e dei bellissimi tramonti. La cucina è pulita, ben attrezzata , bagni nuovissimi e i materassi confortevoli. La doccia esterna molto utile. Consiglio questa casa come base per visitare il Sinis e anche per viverla. Grazie

schönes haus in top lage

Traumhafte lage und Umgebung. Großer Balkon und Terrassen vor und hinter dem Haus. Gute Ausstattung. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach oristano, bosa etc. Sehr nette und freundliche vermieterin.

FANTASTICA VACANZA

Siamo stati benissimo..io e la mia famiglia siamo stati molto bene..Giuseppina è stata veramente gentile con noi su tutto..e che dire della casa..semplicemente fantastica...ottima posizione (in mezz ora di auto si arriva ovunque in zona) ,casa molto confortevole con doppia esposizione e ben fornita..e in più il paese di Santa Caterina con la sua spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi...veramente una belissima vacanza! grazie di tutto!

La proprietaria, Giuseppina, è molto gentile e disponibile, La casa appena restaurata ha ogni comfort, bella e pulita è in ottima posizione davanti al mare e al tramonto, silenziosissima. In 20/30 minuti di macchina si raggiungono le più belle spiagge bianche del Sinis. Buone vacanze a chi vi soggiornera'!

Ho apprezzato il loro entusiasmo per questa loro avventura manifestando entusiasmo per tutte le piccole cose: incontro con persone semplici e posti non del tutto conosciuti dal turismo di massa.
