Awaiting you, five architectural jewels are ready to embrace you in a warm hug: the Grandmother's House, Mother's House I, Mother's House II, Barn I and Barn II. Each of these accommodation units is an ode to elegance and comfort, designed to satisfy the most demanding travellers.



A Mother's House II is a first-floor apartment in Madeiran style, completely renovated and decorated in an exquisite manner with a high quality standard.



It has two bedrooms with private bathroom and two single beds each, both having access to a kitchen, dining and living room in an open space concept.



On your balconies and notably at the entrance of the house, you will find garden furniture where you can enjoy an excellent dawn or even evening with the pleasant and relaxing sounds of nature, sun and sea that surround you.

The Quinta Briosa Complex is located 45 minutes from the Airport, 30 minutes from the city of Funchal, 20 minutes from the famous sandy beach of Calheta and its respective hotel area, and 5 minutes from the centre and beach of Ponta do Sol.
