The space
Our gorgeous holiday home awaits you at our site Les espioles in the beautiful village of Nadaillac de Rouge
The house known as the Rouge gorge is a pretty semi detached two bedroom property converted from the original farm buildings now over 200 years old.
It has retained its beams and honey coloured stone walls throughout but offers the modern comforts of home. Wifi available
The house offers accomodation over two floors.
• Ground floor
The cottage has a modern kitchen with an overground souillard or cellar The kitchen has all the comforts of home with a gas cooker/oven,dishwasher,fridge/freezer,microwave,kettle,coffeemaker,toaster and a good supply of cooking utensils and crockery. A payable washing machine is available communally.
The kitchen leads to a large living room with sofa, two armchairs, tv, dvd and cd playe. Both rooms have beautiful stone fireplaces
A wooden staircase leads to the
• First floor
where there are 2 bedrooms
• Bedroom one is a double room,
• bedroom two which is up a few more steps with a curtained entry has
twin beds and then this room leads directly into a small room with a third single bed ( ideal area for a child or adolescent).

Max sleeping capacity is 5 inclding babes and children under 2.

Outside the cottage benefits from two terraces
one directly outside the kitchen
the other offering a covered dining area outside the living room in a private courtyard allowing alfresco eating whatever the weather.
The terrace has dining furniture,outside lights and a charcoal barbecue. ( charcoal not provided)

Our site offers many types of holidays.
For the family it offers space for children to play and enjoy with such facilities including boules court,table tennis, badminton/ volleyball/ football and basket ball nets,a trampoline and 2 swing area as well as a swimming pool (11m x 7m) and heated pool (9m x5m) allowing swimming even in early spring and autumn all fenced, alarmed
For couples wanting a calm environment then profit from the beautiful gardens and views
For those wanting history this is the region of the Hundred years war with castles and Bastide towns in abundance.This is also one of the most famous areas for caves being the home of Lascaux
Alternatively for the more active we have several local golf courses,canoeing,the Dordogne river is a 5 min drive away, horse riding,tennis parascending,hot air balloon rides,lakes and aquaparks.
Failing all that then just enjoy the gastronomy of the area with fine Perigordine cuisine( there is a superb restaurant just 5 minutes walk from us), and easy access to the local wine areas of Cahors Bordeaux Gaillac and Montbazillac
Les espioles finally offers the opportunity for families/ friends to holiday together with 5 individual cottages on site,all no smoking and animal free,( 1 cottage with 2 bedrooms for 5 people ,2 cottages with 3 bedrooms sleeping 5 and 6 & two 4 bedroom cottages sleeping 7 or 8 ) Babysitting / towel hire available.
