Elisa propose un appartement confortable,propre.Un accueil chaleureux ,et de nombreuses informations pratiques(wifi,tri sélectif,restaurants a proximité,...)Le Lac est accessible à pied ,la situation centrale permet la découverte des villes et villages voisins mais aussi d'Assise,Pérouse et d'Arezzo.De nombreuses activités sportives sont disponibles(kite surf,canoë,baignades fraîches,..).Un point d'information touristique en face de la pharmacie est présent à San Feliciano.Bon séjour

Gutes Gefühl - gemischter Eindruck

Elisa und ihre Familie sind top Gastgeber. Viel Geduld trotz arg verspäteter Anreise.Trotz der Sprachbarriere funktionierte die Kommunikation einwandfrei. Alle Problemchen, die von ihr zu lösen waren, wurden freundlich entgegengenommen und prompt gelöst. Für den häufigen Lärm im Haus, die Dauerbeschallung der vorbeiführenden Durchgangsstraße und der gelegentlichen Geruchsbelästigung der gegenüberliegenden Fischhalle kann man sie wohl kaum verantwortlich machen.Die umliegende Landschaft und der sehr nahe See sind wunderschön. Leider hatten wir Anfang Juni 14/14 Tage sengende Hitze von über 30 Grad und konnten nur wenig unternehmen. In der Wohn-Ess-Küche der Wohnung gibt es zwar eine Klimaanlage. Eine zweite im Schlafzimmer wäre aber dringend wünschenswert.Unsere Nächte hat Elisa uns mit einem zusätzlichen Ventilator erträglich gemacht. Tausend Dank!Dass der See wegen starken Algenbewuchses eigentlich nicht zum Baden geeignet ist, war wegen der Hitze doppelt unangenehm. Wenigstens einen kleinen Hinweis darauf hätten wir auf jeden Fall in der Objektbeschreibung erwartet.Ein paar Kleinigkeiten in der Ausstattung der Wohnung (Kochlöffel, Dosenöffner, Schälmesser und ein weiterer Mehrfachstecker) haben wir selber besorgt und als Gastgeschenk gleich dagelassen. Aus unserer Sicht ist die Ausstattung nun komplett.Trotzdem hätten wir noch einen Wunsch: Es wäre schön, wenn der Fernseher neben den vielen it.Sendern für uns auch wenigstens ein paar deutsche im Angebot gehabt hätte.

Toller Aufenthalt in San Feliciano

Die Wohung bei Elisa war wirklich schön! Sauberer konnte sie nicht sein und es mangelte an nichts. Elisa war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen!

Geräumige Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoss mit allem, was man braucht

Wir waren zwei Nächte in der Ferienwohnung. Sie ist sehr geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht und hat einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Elisa ubd ihre Tochter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Check In und Check Out waren unkompliziert. Zum See läuft man wenige Minuten, dort gibt es einige Restaurants und man kann gemütlich an der Promenade spazieren. Auch ein Supermarkt, eine Bank, eine Apotheke, Post und ein kleiner Wochenmarkt sind direkt um die Ecke. Im Haus gibt es sogar eine Friseurin, bei der ich mir die Haare habe schneiden lassen. Wir können die Unterkunft wirklich empfehlen! Einzige kleine Kritik: Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig und man hört die Bewohner*innen aus der oberen Etage. Durch die Lage im Erdgeschoss ist es manchmal etwas dunkel. Uns hat beides aber nicht sehr gestört.

Ganz hübsch und gut eingerichtet

Die Wohnung an sich ist definitiv groß genug für zwei Leute. Bei mehr Leuten wäre ich skeptisch. Eingerichtet ist es ganz gut. Mit der Küche kann man sehr viel anfangen und auch Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Bei der Ankunft hatten wir ein bisschen Wasser im Kühlschrank, die wichtigsten Gewürze waren da und es gab sogar Olivenöl. Diverse gut gepflegte Pfannen und Töpfe sind ebenfalls vorhanden und das Kochen macht viel Spaß dort. Allerdings muss man daran denken, seine eigenen scharfen Messer mit zu nehmen. Die Gegend ist nicht sehr touristisch und man muss sich darauf einstellen, nicht an einem Strand liegen zu können. Die umliegenden Dörfer sind recht klein und ganz süß. Man hat hier einen sehr italienischen Urlaub.

Casa accogliente e pulita

Il soggiorno, sebbene durato un giorno ed una notte, è stato confortevole. La casa l'abbiamo trovata molto pulita, con tutte le dotazioni che normalmente trovi a "casa tua", il tutto ad un centinaio di metri dal lago Trasimeno. Ci torneremo volentieri.
