Delightful attic with sea view, renovated, with a double bedroom and living room with kitchenette and two-seater sofa bed. Equipped with all the designer furnishings and air conditioning, safe and washing machine. Completely renovated in 2013.
TV, safe, washing machine, oven, supply of linen and air conditioning. Utilities included.

The area is characterized by a splendid natural scenery with its soft beaches and the presence of numerous palm trees making it a location with an exotic landscape, also the harmonious hilly belt up to the chain of the Sibillini mountains allows you to visit the nearby villages where on each hill a piece of history: the ancient villages have the flavor of times and remote events. The city is full of restaurants and characteristic clubs scattered in the center, along the palm riviera and on the immediate hills, real terraces overlooking the sea. Ideal destination for families, with numerous parks with equipped games, beaches created for children.

Ne vous fiez pas au descriptif de l'annonce

Faites attention, le descriptif et les photos ne correspondent pas toutes au logement, à savoir le parking n'est pas inclus, il n'y a qu'une chambre, il n'y a pas de micro-ondes, de four, de grille-pain, de barbecue. Après plusieurs échanges avec la propriétaire, le parking m'a été remboursé, un micro-ondes a été apporté par contre nous attendons encore le grille-pain

The only thing that was good was the location.It was far too small for 4 adults.

Far too small for 4 adults. Not enough storage, not at all comfortable . It was in high season but not good Value for money. In times of Covid.. there wasn’t even any soap in the bathroom.

Visiting Family in SBT

The apartment was exactly as described online and in very close proximity to the beach and fabulous chalets. Very authentic neighborhood, Italian tourist destination. A small problem with air conditioning was resolved quickly and easily by apartment manager who spoke adequate English for us to be able to communicate. I would definitely recommend this property to travelers to San Benedetto Del Tronto!

Wunderschöner Urlaub, an einem sehr schönen Ort

Wir haben den Urlaub in Calaluna sehr genossen. Trotz des teilweise stürmigen und regnerischen Wetters. Wir konnten von unserem Fenster die Wellen sehen und sind auch nachts mit den Wellen eingeschlafen. Genau wie wir uns das vorgestellt hatten. Kleinere Probleme mit der Klimaanlage ( wir brauchten Sie zum Wärmen) und mit dem Tresor wurden sofort behoben. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Accogliente e confortevole appartamento sul mare

Abbiamo trascorso due belle settimane in un appartamento luminoso, pulito e ben arredato, nel quale ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio. Il personale dell'agenzia di riferimento sul posto veramente cordiale e tempestivo nella soddisfazione delle richieste. Torneremo sicuramente! Grazie!

Wonderful

Wonderful new apartment, very clean, great location. No basic supplies though like toilet paper, dish soap etc. I guess this is mainly for locals who bring all of that with them - we were from out of the country and this was just one stop of many so we didn't carry that stuff from place to place. I would definately recommend this place and go again.

bellissima vacanza

Ho trascorso una meravigliosa settimana di settembre presso il “Cala Luna Suite”. La mansarda in cui ho alloggiato è un piccolo gioiellino, ristrutturata a nuovo, arredata con gusto, funzionale, luminosa, con due balconi che si aprono sulla magnifica veduta del mare e della spiaggia di San Benedetto in cui stare piacevolmente a godere la vista e la brezza del mare. Il Residence si trova in un’ottima posizione a due passi dalla spiaggia e dai servizi, offre tranqulllità e relax. Segnalo la pulizia che ho riscontrato nell’appartamento e la cortesia e la disponibilità della proprietaria e di tutto il personale. Insomma, proprio quello che cercavo, conto di ritornare!

Il CalaLuna Suite & Residence è stata una scelta più che indovinata. Ho soggiornato per una settimana in questa struttura appena ristrutturata a meno di 20 metri dalla spiaggia. La posizione estremamente confortevole rende ogni spostamento agile e privo di qualunque stress. L'appartamento è perfettamente dotato di ogni servizio (compresa la lavatrice) e lo stile minimal lo rende davvero accogliente e moderno. La cortesia dei proprietari e la loro disponibilità hanno confermato definitivamente la mia intenzione di prenotare fin da oggi per la stagione dell'anno prossimo. Assolutamente consigliato a qualunque tipologia di ospite.
