Ottima esperienza

La casa è molto piccola ma altrettanto curata. La posizione è centralissima e proprio per questo un po' rumorosa, però gli infissi molto validi permettevano un isolamento acustico. Vicinissimo al mare tanto che basta solo attraversare la strada per essere già negli stabilimenti balneari o nella spiaggia libera.

Ho volutamente cambiato il titolo rispetto all'annuncio perchè questa è davvero una casa ideale in cui soggiornare. E' innanzitutto in una posizione ideale per chi vuole fare delle vacanze senza stress al mare, avendo inoltre la possibilità di "passeggiare" e scegliere fra più locali dove passare la serata. La casa è fornita di tutti e soprattutto ci è stata consegnata pulitissima, come mai ci era successo prima. A rendere ancora più confortevole la vacanza, la completa disposnibilità dei proprietari. Grazie ancora.

Assolutamente consigliabile

Abbiamo iniziato i nostri 15 giorni accolti con un sorriso e tanta disponibilità. La casa è carinissima: piccolina ma con tutto il necessario e poi la doccia è davvero spaziosa, particolare importante perché si riusciva a fare assieme al bimbo. Abbiamo preso un paio di gg di pioggia e siamo stati in casa senza sentirci 'ospiti' perche è talmente accogliente che abbiamo trascorso tutto il tempo tra il divano e il letto ... come facciamo a Bologna nelle giornate uggiose. Infine la posizione è perfetta: sulla bellissima passeggiata del lungo mare e quindi direttamente di fronte agli stabilimenti balneari, uno più bello dell'altro! Assolutamente consigliabile.

ottimo appartamento

abbiamo soggiornato la prima settimana di luglio con le nostre due bambine. L'appartamento l'abbiamo trovato molto pulito, ordinato e seppur piccolo è stato sfruttato in ogni angolo. Aria condizionata per dormire al fresco, due terrazzi che affacciano sul mare. Siamo stati veramente bene e i proprietari sono gentili e disponibili.

Soggiorno a San Benedetto del Tronto

Abbiamo soggiornato in un appartamento delizioso, fronte mare. La posizione è ottima per chi ama passeggiare. Nelle vicinanze ci sono degli ottimi ristoranti a prezzi accessibili. Siamo rimasti soddisfatti in tutto. I proprietari Emanuela e Davide sono due persone gentilissime e disponibili. Insomma consigliatissimo

L'appartamento era pulito e confortevole.

Appena arrivati abbiamo trovato che l'appartamento era vicinissimo alla spiaggia. Siamo stati piacevolmente sorpresi che l'appartamento era pulitissimo e con tutti i confort che una famiglia può trovare a casa propria. I proprietari gentilissimi cordiali e soprattutto disponibili. Sentirsi come a Casa a due passi dal divertimento

Siamo stati in questa casa per una settimana abbiamo trovato tutto quello che poteva esserci utile, tutto perfettamente funzionale e da un arredamento caldo ed accogliente. Inoltre la proprietaria gentile e disponibile ci ha dato tutto il supporto necessario grazie Emanuela torneremo prestissimo.

Eccellente!!!

L'appartamento è bellissimo, piccolo ma super funzionale, ristrutturato in tale modo sfruttando ogni angolo. Tante cose ho lasciato in valigia perché c'era tutto di quanto poteva avere bisogno. 2 terrazze con vista al mare che permetteva ammirare il panorama, se trova proprio al centro di tutto. Abbiamo presso ombrelloni nella spiaggia fronte a noi e la comodità era unica, bastava attraversare la strada ed eravamo già pronti. Pulito, ordinato. Il posto è stupendo! Consiglio veramente... Saranno delle vacanze favolose. Ci torneremmo sicuramente. Grazie infinite a Emmanuela per la sua dolcezza e cordialità.

Da dove iniziare? L'accoglienza favolosa della proprietaria è stata solo la prima delle tante cose meravigliose del mio soggiorno!!! L'appartamento, pulito ed accogliente, si trova in una posizione strategica, dotato di ogni comfort! Tornerò sicuramente per godere della spiaggia a due passi...basta attraversare la strada!!!vivrei lì tutto l'anno! Grazie della meravigliosa esperienza!!!
